Jack and Jill Day Nursery Upton

My twin boys have been here for eight months now, and they absolutely adore it! They run through the door without looking back. Team are compassionate, attentive and truly do take excellent interest in the kids. They make such a fuss of them both, and the boys adore them all. They listen carefully to special requirements and are highly great at working together with parents and the kids’s home-childcare centre life, keeping the routine the same. The manager is highly supportive and listens to any concerns around the kids and will do her best to help.
The childcare centre is spotless and colourful and has a huge garden space. They are consistently celebrating holiday occasions days doing activities and making things.
They have a special app that is updated with photographs of the kids, a message of what they’ve been doing for the day and what they have learnt. Since attending, both boys have come on so much with their understanding and speech. But most importantly, all kids and team look cheerful! Highly recommended Remarkable childcare centre!

We are delighted with his development and all the team are lovely. We get regular updates and pictures which give us peace of mind our kid is well looked after. It is also nice to see the types of activities he gets up to throughout the day. Since our kid has been at Jack and Jill Day Childcare centre Upton he has come on leaps and bounds.

She is excited to go in the morning and clutches her childcare centre book at the door waiting to leave the house. The information we receive from team is consistently detailed and personable and it has been excellent to see photos of her on the app. Recently she has had transition visits to the toddler group and we are confident the team are preparing her well for the next stage. The manager and her team are consistently welcoming and well‑informed and willing to answer questions. Our daughter loves her time at childcare centre.

She tells me how much she likes her educators and friends. My daughter was highly shy when she joined the childcare centre a few months ago; she loves coming now and is consistently so cheerful to tell me about her day and the activities she did.

Every morning she is so excited to attend and consistently comes home in a exceptional mood and full of energy. The discovering book app, in which the team upload personal pictures is a excellent insight into what my daughter gets up to during her time at childcare centre, and it’s truly lovely to see the variety of activities which encourage her discovering. My daughter has been attending Jack and Jill Day Childcare centre after moving from another childcare centre in the local area, and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made moving her.

He consistently goes in and leaves cheerful. Throughout my day at work, I consistently look forward to seeing an updated picture on his discovering book, and every time, he is smiling and being kept entertained by the girls. I sense secure with him in their presence, and he is consistently well looked after during his time in the childcare centre. He has also come on unimaginable amounts thanks to the manager and the girls. I couldn’t be happier with my little boy attending this childcare centre.

They make me sense at ease when I leave my baby girl with them. When I pick her up they give me a little talk about how she’s been and what she has eaten. They will call me if they are worried about her being ill or has a high temperature. Overall I was worried about leaving my daughter in a childcare centre but now I sense reassured that she is absolutely fine when she’s there. And she truly enjoys being there she is consistently smiling when I pick her. She has a great variety of food and she eats all of it. The manager and the two girls in the baby room are so compassionate.

All the team and management are compassionate, attentive and supportive. My son has made a lot of development since starting and enjoys childcare centre. It is also lovely that the team upload photo’s onto tapestry throughout the day so I can see my son and him enjoying his day. I would suggest Jack and Jill Childcare centre to everyone. My journey with Jack and Jill childcare centre has been remarkable.

The activities are enjoyable and varied and are designed to develop core skills. The best thing about this childcare centre is the team who work with the kids on a day to day basis. My eldest counts her key worker as one of her best friends and is consistently excited to let her know what she has been up to on her days off. My youngest (who can be clingy) has already taken to her key worker after only a couple of weeks. I can sense cheerful going back to work knowing my girls are in secure, loving hands. My kids adore going to Jack and Jill, Upton.
