IntoPlay Day Nursery @ The Quays

My kid is in the under 2s room and since starting at 5 months old, the care has been exemplary. I was really nervous leaving her but the team are so attentive and compassionate and consistently take the time to listen and pay attention to detail. I regularly ask questions and change her schedule etc. and nothing is too difficult for them to accommodate. We receive regular updates such as what she has eaten, when she has slept and even activities she does during the day and photos with her friends. I would suggest IntoPlay to anyone looking at a setting where kids are taken care of and are cheerful and settled. My kid gets excited to go and knowing she is cheerful and discovering in the day makes me so cheerful. The team at IntoPlay Day Childcare centre are fantastic.

The childcare centre was remarkable in supporting (starting) potty training. Consistently had positive interactions with team and my little one is fond of her key worker. My little one absolutely loves coming to this childcare centre, every morning she asks if she is going to childcare centre.

The girls are fantastic and our daughter loves every second there. Our son left last year and was totally ready for school thanks to the hard work of childcare centre! We’ve been using IntoPlay for the last 5 years and couldn’t rate it high enough.

Both our kids have loved and adore attending childcare centre and all the team are consistently so cheerful and welcoming. We can rest assured that our kid is going to be cheerful and secure when at childcare centre. Wouldn’t want our kids attending anywhere else. The Managers and their team at IntoPlay have consistently been nothing other than welcoming and accommodating.

IntoPlay immediately felt right. The team are welcoming and this has continued throughout the time our kid has been attending. If ever I have any concerns at drop off I can telephone in, without concern or feeling that I am fussing, which is really reassuring. Handovers both in mornings and afternoons never sense rushed and we adore seeing all the things he has created and brings home. It is also a benifit as a parent knowing he is having balanced meals through his days, I personally like that we can see the menu for the month etc. A huge thank you to everyone in under-twos, even though our little one is not yet talking we just know he is cheerful to be at IntoPlay and enjoys his day as he is consistently smiling and cheerful when we talk about his day at childcare centre or when we are getting ready to leave in the mornings. I would highly suggest. We viewed several nurseries before deciding which to enroll our little one into, knowing that he would have to eventually be going on full-time hours.

My daughter went from not being very cheerful at drop-offs to smiling going in. She has developed so much since attending this childcare centre and it makes me so cheerful when she tells me all about her day with a big smile on her face when I pick her up. The team have all been super supportive and supportive and it just feels like such a lovely atmosphere. I couldn’t suggest them enough. My daughter’s previous childcare centre closed down which is when we came across IntoPlay Day Childcare centre and it really was a blessing in disguise.

He adores going as he loves the team and kids and never wants to leave! He’s come on so much since being there, his speech and self‑assurance has really changed. The food is excellent and he often has seconds!
The team are really attentive to him and very attentive. Updates from the team is remarkable and nothing ever seems “too much” for them.
IntoPlay do so many activities with the kids which is so lovely for the kids and for us parents to see.
I’d highly suggest IntoPlay to other parents. My son has been going to IntoPlay Day Childcare centre @ The Quays for a year and a half.

She was made to sense welcome and the range of activities had certainly kept her occupied and developed her skills in lots of areas. Her self‑assurance has also grown and she looks forward to going in the mornings. My daughter had never been to a childcare centre setting before but quickly settled in at IntoPlay Day Childcare centre.

We looked at a few before deciding this was the childcare centre for us. There is such a compassionate, welcoming atmosphere. All of the team have been incredible and my little boy now runs into childcare centre with a huge smile on his face. It is such a relief to sense that he is cheerful and extremely well looked after while I’m working. He has developed so much during his time here and I am so thankful to all of the team. They have worked so hard during the pandemic too to keep all the kids, parents and team secure. We made the right choice. I can’t suggest IntoPlay highly enough.

The team have consistently been fantastic and compassionate. We can’t attend at the moment due to lockdown and my daughter asks daily if she can go back yet. Can’t suggest them enough. Me and my daughter adore this childcare centre.
