She’s so nervous and a fussy eater. Three weeks in and no tears on arrival and also trying new foods. Her educators are so thoughtful and have worked hard with magic tips and tricks that have got her socialising and eating! They are also a huge assistance to me as a parent. I truly value their advice. Management are so supportive and the kitchen/cleaning team are also lovely. Everyone has been invested in this plan to get her to eat. They take the time to get to know our kids and it’s such a lovely discovering setting. An incredible team. Thank you. The best setting I could have wished for.

Go above and beyond for the kids. So nice that I have no issues at drop off, my daughter is so cheerful to toddle into childcare centre with no issues. She consistently comes out cheerful and smiley after a excellent day at childcare centre. Remarkable childcare centre and team.

We have been so impressed with the attentive nature of the team, their relationships with the kids and the updates at the end of the day. The rooms are bright and inviting, activities are varied and both our girls have made great friends. They go in with a smile on their face and come out full of chatter about what they have done! It’s truly brought them on socially and helped to prepare my eldest well for school. Would definitely suggest to anyone. Both of our daughters started doing 3 days a week at Hydra Tots when they were about a year old and are now 18 months and 4.5 years.

After having bad experiences with a childcare centre and childminder I was exceptionally nervous about leaving my kid again with a stranger. From the moment I enquired it has been nothing short of perfect! Updates is fantastic. I can’t explain how incredible the team are. Their level of professionalism is exceptionally high! You can tell they adore their job and practice high levels of care. My little boy loves going to Hydra Tots and is upset when he leaves at the end of the day. The childcare centre is highly spotless and they have an array of exciting discovering apparatus. Nothing is too much trouble for each and every one of the team. They all take part in attentive for the kids. I have observed other educators from the other departments treating kids just as equally as if they were part of their classroom. They go above and beyond to ensure my kid doesn’t miss out on opportunities due to his dairy intolerance. There is consistently hugs and smiles available. Thank god for Hydra Tots. I can’t thank Hydra Tots enough!

The team are truly remarkable, truly expert but highly attentive. The facilities are second to none and the kids are kept busy all day. Her mum was nervous about ‘letting go’ but she hasn’t looked back since. My little granddaughter has been so cheerful here.

The rooms are brilliantly organised and decorated, making a lovely educational setting. It is reassuring to know that kids who attend journey a range of positive experiences, provided by a team of dedicated team. I know my God daughter loves it and has learnt a excellent deal, physically, emotionally and socially since starting here. I can highly suggest this childcare centre. I can honestly say that this is an incredible and remarkable family run childcare centre.

The childcare centre team are fantastic attentive individuals who have incredible relationships with the kids, the way they learn new things in the setting is also fantastic. I would never suggest any other childcare centre this is just 100% the best childcare centre in the area. I just wanted to say how exceptional this childcare centre is, my daughter has attended for two years now and my son is just about to start.

I told the childcare centre at the point my little boy joined that he was been assessed for autism. And that he has major updates difficulties and is nonverbal. I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to meet his needs but I made sure from the beginning I explained all this, they have gone above and beyond for him! They’ve adapted his hours to suit his needs with later drop-offs/early pick-ups. Adapted his playtime to things that interest him as well as various other things. The main thing being that they have helped me massively with filling out Disability Living Allowance forms and his Education, Health and Care Plan process which is in development currently. The Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator is an absolute godsend and I cannot sing her praises enough! I consistently looked on reviews at nurseries to see if they were any other parents with Special Educational Needs kids to see how the childcare centre would manage with that and although every kid is different they go above and beyond! This childcare centre has 5 star everywhere for a reason, fabulous! What a remarkable childcare centre.

The team are all outstanding and updates between the educators and parents is consistently excellent. We get feedback on the day whenever I pick my daughter up. If there are any problems with how she settles, they are consistently excellent to give recommendations on how we at home can help with this. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending. My daughter has attended Hydra Tots Private Day Childcare centre since October last year and she absolutely loves it as do I.

Our daughter started in the baby room when she was twelve months old. She’s currently twenty eight months and in the two to three year room and loving it! She is developing brilliantly and I’m sure that the incredible care and attention of the team at the childcare centre has played a huge part in this. The childcare centre team are exceptional, highly welcoming and attentive. There are exceptional indoor and outdoor facilities, the indoor soft playtime is fabulous. There are consistently new themes that the kids learn about and plenty of opportunity for creativity and crafts. Can’t suggest this childcare centre highly enough.
