September 9, 2015 at 12:00 amMy son only spent time with his 9 year old sister so we decided at 2 years old he needed to join a nursery and interact with other children his age. This nursery has been brilliant for this. He now loves playing with children of the same or similar age as well, it has improved his sharing skills and his confidence. The staff at the nursery are brilliant. If he gets upset on arrival there is always a friendly encouraging face to take him into the nursery. Within minutes he is settled and happily playing. They have encouraged his toilet training which has been a huge help to coincide with his home training. The security of the nursery inspires confidence with the finger print entry. I love the TV within the entrance where you can see all the rooms on CCTV and watch your child settled and content. The home link book is a brilliant idea with daily comments on what the child has been involved in. Brilliant nursery and highly recommended.

September 29, 2016 at 12:00 amMy son absolutely loves going to nursery and gets excited when he is going. The staff are friendly, helpful and the facilities are second to none. So happy with the nursery that my younger child will be enrolling when I return to work following my maternity leave.

July 10, 2020 at 12:00 amMy grandson has attended Woodland for around 18-months now, and he loves it. He as comes on leaps and bounds since he started. Its a lovely, bright nursery with great facilities and the staff are friendly too.

August 20, 2021 at 12:00 amMy son loved this nursery, he started late as he didn’t settle at his previous nursery but he was welcomed and reassured by the lovely staff, I wish he had gone here sooner and my youngest can not wait to attend. I like the app too which keeps parents up to date and tells you about the child’s day in nursery and upcoming events.

December 20, 2022 at 12:00 amA fantastic nursery, my daughter has been coming since she was 8 months old, 3 days a week for the last 14 months and her development has come on leaps and bounds. She’s always excited to walk in on the morning and is very happy when I pick her up at the end of the day. A great setting and a lovely, friendly, professional staff. Would highly recommend it.

January 17, 2023 at 12:00 amThe most amazing nursery. My little girl has been going here for nearly a year now. After viewing other nurseries, and then this one I could not believe how amazing it is. Parents access on the main door so you can just walk in and show up at any time if needed. View in windows into the rooms/no private rooms that could make a parent paranoid (in this day and age its something that crosses us parents’ mind) especially not being able to see whats going on. Clean, and the staff are just incredible. Could not fault it. My daughter is so happy there, she loves the staff. She gets hugs and picked up (the reason I say that is because at other nurseries I viewed some staff don’t pick children up when they cry randomly, which I can’t believe) overall it has brought her development on so much. They have an app and update you on their entire day! She’s always been advanced but since being in here she’s like a little genius! If I decide on any more children in the future they will also definitely be going here!

January 20, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has attended Hyde woodland day nursery since 7 month old. The staff are amazing with my little girl, they meet her needs and more, they provide activities daily to challenge her and progress her development. The nursery also provides extra curriculum activities with no extra cost which includes; dance, music and PE (football) which my daughter enjoys taking part in.
The nursery provide an app which gives me daily updates of her meals, snacks, sleep and observations including pictures of my daughter.
My daughter’s key person provides excellent feedback of my childs progress and development verbally on collection, parents evening and through reports on the app. Which gives me a good understanding of my daughter’s development.
My daughter is provided with four meals times during the day, which include healthy snacks and meals shown on the nursery menu.
The nursery provides high quality resources in each room and has a soft play and sensory room!

January 24, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending Hyde Woodland Day Nursery for 12 months, returning to work after maternity leave was an anxious time for us both and my daughter is not always comfortable with change. After originally deciding on another nursery, doubt crept in during her settling in sessions and I decided to look elsewhere. Thankfully I found Woodlands and she started in the baby room settling in was challenging, I felt that my daughter was given enough support and patience during this time. She has developed very well in all areas but most of all socially. I believe that is due to time spent at the nursery with other children and staff. She now attends each morning and walks in with a smile every morning. The setting is always comfortable and warm, there is an app with all details of your child’s day and photos/observations can be seen. I am happy to recommend it to any parent thinking of a nursery for their child.

March 16, 2023 at 12:00 amI would highly recommend Hyde Woodland Day Nursery they cater to every need. Whilst writing this review, my third child is currently attending the nursery having been so happy with it. It’s the little things that made me gravitate to it as opposed to other competing nurseries, like music playing, the dining room, the indoor play area, security at the door, ability to enter the building, personalised lockers, ongoing themes; that all add up and make it a great place. They accommodate shift patterns and have also shown further flexibility in times in need. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and couldn’t thank them enough! Keep up the good work

March 17, 2023 at 12:00 amAll staff are really lovely, great with the kids. My baby has the biggest smile on her face when she sees her key worker in the morning. Updates throughout the day on what they’ve eaten, when they’ve slept and been to the toilet so good to track. Development updates added to the app so you can see how your little one is getting on.

From helping potty train, soothing tears and now teaching and preparing my child for school. Parent access is safe and secure. The nursery is always clean and quiet. The staff in each room are attentive and caring. My child loves going and has lots to tell me. They have music and relax kids come out sourced along with zoolab and hatching chicks. The lunch always smells tempting when we arrive. The security and support through covid 19 was excellent. My child has grown in confidence and I will be so sad to leave when they go to school

All the staff are so friendly and helped my son really come along. My son still asks if we can go and see them. I do/would highly recommend them as a nursery to anyone.

He wasn’t quite 8 months old at the time and returning to work after maternity leave was really hard. He is currently in the babies/waddlers group and absolutely loves coming! When my husband drops him off in the morning it’s always smiles and open arms for the staff. He eats really well, his communication is coming along brilliantly – we can’t believe the rapid changes in him sometimes! I love the app which tells you what he has been up to, what he has eaten and how much, nappy changes and sleep times. I would definitely recommend Hyde Woodland Day Nursery to any parent looking for a nursery – I hope there is going to be space for our second child which is currently on the way! Thanks for everything you do.

March 30, 2023 at 12:00 amOur child has been with the nursery from 13 months old. We would not want him to be anywhere else. The staff are all very friendly, warm and welcoming. They keep us informed of how he is doing daily.
He absolutely loves his time there and we would highly recommend the nursery to anyone thinking or worrying about nursery choices.

All three of my children have attended and overall I could not be happier with the care and support I have received each time one of my children have attended. All the staff are lovely and nothing is too much to ask.
