September 16, 2024 at 2:28 amMy daughter enjoys all the activities they provide and I sense she is secure and well cared for. The covered outdoor space makes it accessible to playtime in all weather. Food is cooked fresh on-site which my kid really enjoys. Welcoming and reliable childcare centre with enthusiastic and attentive team.

September 17, 2024 at 4:21 amIn his first month, he has settled, learnt and interacted and we see a noticeable difference when we drop him off and collect him he just seems so much happier within himself! Best decision ever. So after toying with moving our kid from his current childcare centre to Hungry Caterpillars, we finally took the decision to move him in September, what a decision it turned out to be!

I can truly see how she is cheerful about the place, the team and all the kids around at the childcare centre. The best feeling is to see her cheerful and thats just proof of how much effort the team put into these kids’s well-being and discovering.
Also, as a first-time parent, I appreciate the team’s help by answering thousands of questions as well as guidance and assistance throughout all procedures of childcare centre and kid’s discovering and development.

They have consistently put in extra efforts to keep the kids cheerful and engaged. My son learns new things every day and comes back home cheerful – what more do I need! Having the ability to track his day via app is also an asset. Besides, the food is freshly cooked, is nutritious and balanced. Kudos to the team and keep doing the great work. My son absolutely loves this childcare centre.

We could not be happier with the care and education our toddler is receiving. This childcare centre is incredible.

They’ve guided me through parenting both kids and putting me to the right people to speak to when problems arise. These ladies are phenomenal. They have my 100% trust. I’m already dreading when my son has to leave. Incredible team, both my kids have attended this childcare centre.

Also, the app is a excellent asset with being able to see how she is doing at childcare centre throughout the day and pictures consistently bring a smile. Honestly, I can’t thank the team enough as a cheerful mother who was very anxious in the beginning but is now completely at ease! The team at west Twyford childcare centre do an impeccable job.

The amount and variety of activities they do have helped him development in all disciplines. The childcare centre makes the best out of the available space. There are great parent-teacher interactions. Excellent care and understanding especially during the initial setting phase.

July 6, 2025 at 3:12 amTheir updates both in person and via the app has been excellent. I regularly receive updates on how my kid is doing over the course of the day and each member of team is inviting and welcoming during pick up and drop off.
The manager has been exceptional in her professionalism, especially as we had some concerns due to our kid being born during the lockdown. She made it clear to us that she would chase things with the necessary people and kept to her word, so a special thank you for that.
The childcare centre is a healthy setting with a mixture of different kids from different backgrounds which I see as being a tremendous benefit in preparing my kid for the future.
Keep up the remarkable work you do because it is very much noticed and appreciated! Firstly, I wish to commend each and every team member at the West Twyford branch as they provide exceptional service when it comes to the care and development of my kid.
