The care and support provided by staff has been exemplary. We get regular and detailed updates on our daughters activities and development which is great. When our daughter was behind in her speech the nursery created extra measures to encourage her development.
They also have added Spanish lessons once a week which we as parents love the idea of.
I couldn’t recommend them enough.

The nursery is a wonderful safe, clean and friendly space. The staff are always smiling and so welcoming to all the children.
The children participate in holiday activities as well as charity events.
The variety of resources available to the children is wide.

Our son joined recently the nursey and his key worker is keen to help him in any way possible on his journey to be ready for school in September. Our son is happy to go to the nursery daily, he is stimulated and eager to tell us the new things that he has learnt.

Lovely staff who really care about the kids and give a variety of activities to keep them entertained. My daughter loves it and looks forward to coming to nursery. They welcome and teach many different cultures which is wonderful to see

My son has been attending this nursery since he turned 2. It’s been an absolute pleasure to see how comfortable he feels attending the nursery and how the staff takes care of him. We receive constant feedback and regular updates on his progress and what he has been up to in the nursery. They have very good & modern facilities as well.

My little boy joined the nursery back in October 2022 since then the progression I have seen in his behaviour has been amazing. He was once at a nursery before this and really struggled with transitioning and expressing himself, since joining the butterfly room he has come out of his shell made loads of friends, his speech has drastically improved and he’s begun to use his imagination and overall he’s become so creative.
I love how the staff set up learning opportunities and how often I receive paintings and pictures and feedback on his week.
My little boy has also started to explore new foods and get out of his beige food pattern, I often drop him off and compliment the smell of the kid’s lunch as it’s clear they are supplying tasty healthy food options.
I also love the use of the app as it gives you the opportunity to communicate with the parents of your child’s best friend and I love seeing the forums of how much fun the children have had on a weekly basis.

I am pleased to say that my experience with the Hungry Caterpillar Day Nursery in High Wycombe has been fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional and they genuinely care about the children they work with. I have been very impressed with the level of care and attention my daughter has received while attending this nursery.
The facilities are top-notch, with bright, spacious classrooms that are well-equipped with a variety of toys and learning resources. The outdoor play area is also excellent, with plenty of space for the children to run around and play, as well as a variety of playground equipment to keep them entertained.
The staff do an excellent job of engaging the children in a range of activities that are both fun and educational. My daughter has learned so much since starting at this nursery and I am thrilled with the progress she has made. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hungry Caterpillar nursery to any parent.

I’m so glad we chose Hungry Caterpillar Day Nursery for our two boys! They love going to nursery and have such a lovely relationship with their key carers but what’s also lovely is that all the other nursery teachers know them just as well!
The handovers at pick-up are so detailed we know exactly what they have been doing each day – makes us worry less! The activities they put on are great, they even had the local fire brigade come in and talk about the dangers of fire and also let them have a go with the water hose – My son’s best day ever!
My son is due to start school in September and they have done such a good job prepping him (and us) for the big move! Loves his jolly phonics and always mentions how his key carer has shown him all the actions to the song too!
My other son has just thrived since he started, loves the messy play activities that are put on and is really coming along with his speech – it’s amazing!
The manger and the team are doing such a great job!
