September 23, 2024 at 7:20 pmThroughout this time the team have been excellent – nurturing, attentive and sharing feedback and pride in my kids’s development. The continuity of care and team says a lot about how the childcare centre is run – many of the team have been at the childcare centre for years so can really help the kids develop.
The facilities are excellent – a lot of different activities for the kids, helped by being set in a fantastic park with pond and playground to explore. There are regular written reports on how your kid is progressing and everything is logged in your kid’s folder which they take with them when they leave.
All in all, this is a well run and supportive setting for your kid to grow and learn in. I highly suggest this childcare centre – both of my kids attended from when they were just starting to walk to when ready for school, so my involvement with the childcare centre has been over 6 years.

The atmosphere is cosy and the setting is very spotless.
Thank you Hugs and Giggles for helping our girl. My daughter had problems settling in for the first two months that she joined, but the team at Hugs and Giggles have been a excellent help and have enabled me and my daughter to settle in quickly.

End of the day they let us know how my son’s day went. Really cheerful It has been 6+ months since our son is going to the Hugs and Giggles Childcare centre.

February 20, 2025 at 9:40 pmIt is clear to see that team most definitely build outstanding relationships with the kids and nurture them. After a few months, my daughter’s vocabulary has developed leaps and bounds and she is stringing sentences together. She loves the outdoors and I know the team take the kids for park visits and have an adequate garden with lots of enjoyable activities.
Hugs and Giggles are such a fantastic setting and as a parent, I have complete trust in them for my daughters preschool needs. Initially, my daughter was very reluctant to settle at the childcare centre, but with continuous assistance and perseverance from team/management, she has grown to adore the childcare centre, her carers and the management.

I was recommended the childcare centre via a friend who’s daughter also attended the childcare centre too. I must say I have not been disappointed with the team or childcare centre.
Both kids have a load of friends and are increasingly becoming independent. This is a credit to the fantastic and very supportive team! I have two kids at the childcare centre.

March 18, 2025 at 8:38 pmOver the year we have fallen in adore and now we are sad to leave as our son is moving onto reception. Team are consistently welcoming and super supportive. Our boy loves going there and every day comes back really cheerful. There is also a great amount of discovering included into each day. Very individual approach to each pupil. Next year we will bring our second kid in! We cannot wait! We have found Hugs and Giggles Childcare centre whilst looking for a place for our firstborn to go to and we liked it straight away.

Team go above and above and beyond, daily feedback and the setting of the childcare centre is very unique, in a park with an abundance of space that is very secure. My daughter joined this childcare centre in March and I must say I noticed a very positive difference in her behaviour within a few weeks of joining.

April 30, 2025 at 5:17 pmThe team are lovely and welcoming and my son is very cheerful to go there. He is constantly asking us to increase his hours. It is a very loving setting, however, it is a very down to earth place so if you are after fancy this is not it. If you are after a loving, cheerful setting this is your compassionate of childcare centre. There has been a change of management in the last year or so which has made enormous improvement. The management is incredibly responsive and when you ask questions about your kid they are very cheerful to discuss or investigate further if needs be. I shall be sending my daughter to Hugs and Giggles when the time comes. It is a very welcoming childcare centre.

May 1, 2025 at 5:02 pmReally bad management and directorship, under-resourced and overworked team who have too many kids in any one room. Fees are completely biased for anyone with funding, different parents paying different amounts with no transparency over fees. Very difficult to get a hold of “Director” that makes all the decisions. Team try very hard with limited resources but so glad I pulled my daughter out who is much happier in a new childcare centre setting. Individual needs of the kids not explored. Very little activities done to enhance their discovering. Poor choice of catering for lunches and snacks. Tea time in house food poor. Do not send your kids here!

He enjoys going in and jumps with excitement in the mornings. What an outstanding team. Thanks so much. Consistently full feedback each evening on how their days were, how they ate, how they slept. Very secure and attentive childcare centre. The team are all very well‑informed and welcoming. An overall fantastic childcare centre. I had three kids attend Hugs and Giggles childcare centre since 2013 from the age of 7 months until they left for ‘big school’.
