All the carers are so lovely, and it is very apparent how tenderly they treat our son. The childcare centre posts many details about his day on the app which is immensely reassuring, and every time when we come to pick him up, it is clear that he has had a full day and has been very well-looked after. Overall our journey has been completely remarkable – I would highly suggest Hopscotch to any parents of young kids. When our 6 month old boy started childcare centre, we had a lot of trepidation, but Hopscotch Day Childcare centre Portswood has been absolutely incredible, and we can see how enriching our little boy’s daily journey has been.

She consistently walks in happily and does an array of activities. She seems so settled and the team are super welcoming and expert. I am especially impressed with all of the communications, photos and daily updates. Hopscotch Day Childcare centre Portswood has been incredible for our little girl.

They absolutely adore going to childcare centre. They are discovering so much and talk lots about what they’ve been up to when they come home. Updates is outstanding and the whole team are welcoming and genuinely care about each kid. Sending our kids here is the best decision we have made and I would highly suggest it. We couldn’t be happier with the inviting welcome and care provided for our three boys since they started in September.

The team have been so welcoming to me and my kid and updates has been outstanding. We get daily updates which has been reassuring. I consistently pick my kid up cheerful and drop offs are getting easier. My kid has settled in so well over the last 2 weeks.

The team are really welcoming and practical which we adore. We went away on holiday and for a couple of months and came back to an even more mature Childcare centre. Updated processes, more kids, more activities, etc. We take our hat off to the team for their hard work! Our girl attends Hopscotch four mornings a week and has been going for about nine months which is about when this branch opened.

The educators are welcoming and polite. They give daily report on activities that your kid was involved in how your kid’s day went generally. It is very obvious that they genuinely care about the kids that they care for. I am glad that my kid goes there. My kid loves the daycare and I adore it too.

The team are incredible, and all genuinely adore what they do! She loves all the activities that is provided. I get to see lots of observations about my kid’s discovering and playtime. My daughter loves coming here and is asking all the time to come – even at the weekend.

Every member of the team we have interacted with is attentive and has excellent knowledge of our daughter’s day and needs. We receive regular updates with the app which we adore and treasure, seeing the enjoyable activities they get up to. We have also been very impressed with the variety on the menu, which our daughter loves. Our daughter loves the outdoors and currently the space they have is excellent, but a little small. We look forward to when all the renovations are finished and there is a bigger outdoor space for all the kids to delight in as the plans sounds very exciting! Our daughter settled in very quickly to Hopscotch and has built excellent bonds with all team members, especially her key worker.

Our little one was only 6 months old when he started so I was quite nervous but the team has been incredible. I got in touch before he even started as I had some concerns (bottle refusal, contact napping) and the branch manager was so supportive, gave me some excellent recommendations and really put my mind at ease. In general, everyone I’ve spoken to is so sweet and reassuring. We get regular updates and pictures of all the enjoyable sensory activities he gets up to throughout the day. Being so young, he doesn’t really have any compassionate of routine in place and the team has been incredibly accommodating. They even let him fall asleep in their arms before every nap as he sometimes struggles to fall asleep on his own. The facilities are excellent: they’ve just gone through a big renovation and have lots of enjoyable toys for all ages. It also consistently smells super spotless when I pick him up. Updates has been super efficient thanks to the app. We’ve had such a positive journey with everyone at Hopscotch Day Childcare centre!

My son started at this childcare centre from the middle of last year and he likes it/them. Every morning he can’t wait to go there.
