Team are fabulous, and you can see that they delight in what they do and the kids they look after adore being with them. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anybody. 5* In my opinion. Absolutely remarkable childcare centre, my grandson loves going there and has thrived since being there.

Their updates is outstanding. My kid has learned so much. Team are cheerful to answer any queries or explain things (how they manage a situation) if I ask. All the little things they do goes a long way – like a card and balloon for their birthday and some photos when you are asking how your kid is settling. They are cheerful to talk to you and reassure you and understand why you may be feeling the way you are. Can’t fault them. I sense privileged to have my daughter at the childcare centre.

As two working full-time parents, it’s excellent that they offer a full meal for tea before she comes home. They have been accommodating and flexible when we have needed; which is really appreciated. Can’t suggest them enough. My little girl loves going to the childcare centre; which reflects the absolutely excellent team and the outstanding care they provide.

The team sent pictures and updates of how she was settling in which helped put my mind at ease. After only being there a week I was pleasantly surprised when she came home with a card and personalised balloon for her birthday. The team also went to a lot of effort to put on a socially distanced Christmas party for the kids, giving up their day off to do so. So far I’ve received outstanding care and prompt updates and can’t fault anything. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre. When my previous childcare provider suddenly closed Holywell Kid Care Ltd were able to take on my daughter at very short notice and went out of their way to make her sense welcome.

He has come along so much since starting there. I was initially worried about sending him to childcare centre while I worked but with reassurance and assistance from the team at holywell childcare I decided to try it and seeing how well my boy is doing it has turned out to be the best decision I’ve made. I can’t thank the team enough for all they do for my son and I. He enjoys going and loves all the team there. I would definitely suggest to friends and family. Since starting childcare centre at Holywell Kid Care I have seen so much development in my little boy, from his speech to his dietary intake which I was struggling with.

Both of my kids, boy aged 6 and girl aged 3, have been attending since 9/10 months old and their development really shines through because of Holywell Kid Care. Even during these difficult times (Covid) the team have been so supportive of all parents and implemented any changes without impacting the kids. Being a full-time mum you consistently sense the guilt of leaving your kids somewhere but Holywell Kid Care has made it much easier to deal with as the kids adore it so much!
The new outdoor facilities are incredible as well as the refurbished indoors. It just keeps getting better. I have used Holywell Kid Care for 5 years now and can honestly say the service is incredible.

My daughter has been going there since 6 months old and is now 3 and she loves it. When speaking to people they all say how confident and how well her speech is and it’s all down to the work the girls do with her. I’m very cheerful with Holywell Kid Care and would suggest it to anyone, nothing is ever a problem and they are consistently cheerful to help I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough, the team are all really welcoming and lovely.
