September 29, 2024 at 5:49 amI have my twins going to Hillside Childcare centre since Nov 2022, and I am proud they have settled highly well, they are highly cheerful.
The educators are doing excellent job, specially with language, translating from English to Romanian many activities.
I am highly satisfied with the team and keep doing excellent job.

October 27, 2024 at 12:10 amMy daughter now attends and I sense confident in her adapting in her discovering and social skills. Hillside at Whitwood are relocating just down the road. I viewed this yesterday and it is breathtaking! I can’t wait to see my daughter adapt to the stunning new location. Remarkable childcare centre and exceptional team, my son went to Hillside Private Day Childcare centre – Whitwood and the improvement in his social skills and overall discovering was stellar.

November 6, 2024 at 12:26 amAt the start she was highly shy as she’s never been in a setting with lots of kids before but it didn’t take her long to settle in and the educators helped her so much with this, she now runs in. I’m provided with updates throughout the day on my kid and adore all the things she brings home that she made at childcare centre. All the team are lovely and are consistently telling me what she’s been up to during the day and the healthy meals she’s had. She already can’t wait to get into their new childcare centre at the wheat sheaf it looks incredible. My daughter loves it at Hillside Private Day Childcare centre.

All team truly care about the kids and the thought and care taken in the settings and activities provided are remarkable! Remarkable childcare centre and team!

December 22, 2024 at 4:07 amThe childcare centre nurses are all highly loving and attentive, making the extra effort to build relationships with the kids. My daughter has gone since she was a year old during Covid, so has been in the baby room, playroom and now in the preschool room. I have never had any problems and have consistently had an immediate response from the management team if I have ever needed anything. This is an outstanding childcare centre in a lovely purpose-designed building.

December 31, 2024 at 7:50 pmThe team and setting overall are incredible, my first kid when to Hillside Private Day Childcare centre and now my second kid is attending there and I wouldn’t have him in another setting, they are excellent. Since my son started in September, the childcare centre has encouraged him to develop in all areas, and they don’t only just work with the kids, they’re excellent at working with the parents as well.

The educators take a genuine interest in her, and I have and will continue to suggest Hillside. I know my daughter is well looked after at Hillside.

They are highly accommodating with my shift work and I wouldn’t want him to go anywhere else. I sense like he is in great hands when in their care and most importantly he is cheerful and comfortable there too. Highly suggest. My son has been going to Hillside Childcare – Whitwood for 19 months.

March 17, 2025 at 4:46 amSince she started she has made so much development in all areas and educators are consistently looking at ways to continue with her development in individual areas she needs. Educators are so highly attentive and nurturing, especially when my daughter needs a cuddle when being dropped off. The app that childcare centre use is truly useful, all assessments are sent on here and I regularly get an insight to what my daughter is doing with photos. Team are consistently cheerful to chat about their day when collecting and nothing ever seems too much of an ask.
The new space and facilities at the new setting are so lovely, open and inviting. I can wait for my daughter to transition over, I know she will adore it. My daughter consistently comes out with a big smile on her face.

The space and facilities the childcare centre have are great and they have themes throughout the year depending on the time of the year which is lovely.
When it is my little girl’s turn to leave Hillside I will be gutted and no doubt she will be. The team care and this shines through the bonds created with the kids. Hillside Private Day Childcare centre – Whitwood as a whole is a remarkable childcare centre and I would suggest it to anyone.
The team throughout baby room, playtime room and pre-school have consistently been excellent with my little girl.

The team in the baby room were so attentive and tentative with him they gave him the best start and me the piece of mind that he was secure and cheerful whilst I’m at work. Now he has moved to the playroom, they are excellent at creating kid led activities that cater to the kids’s interests and help them build excellent relationships. He consistently looks forward to childcare centre and loves telling us about everything he has done each day. Thank you to all the team for your hard work! We can’t wait to move to the new building and see how he thrives even more. My son has been at Hillside since he was 11 months old and in the baby room.

She has some allergies and I sense confident the childcare centre takes these seriously and keeps me updated in any cases of reactions and try and pin point what could have caused something. My daughter started at Hillside Childcare – Whitwood just after her first birthday.

My son is almost three and has been going to Whitwood since he was 11 months old, and he’s loved it from day one and has made lots of lovely connections with the team.

The extra mile they go to assistance my son with his hearing issue at present is has been so incredible.
On top of that, you can see the investment they have made in the business looking at the new site that they move to next week. My son can’t wait. My son has been at this daycare now since 2020 and he loves it there.

The childcare centre is a remarkable place and every single person that works there is exceptional with parents and the kids. My daughter loves it and talks loads after every day of the activities she has been up to. My daughter has been going to this childcare centre since she was a baby.

May 8, 2025 at 12:43 pmIt was a difficult start due to Covid and not being able to take him in and look around, but all the team were so reassuring and I consistently felt he was in secure hands.
My son has additional needs and I have been blown away with how his key workers and management have adjusted anything and everything he needs to make things easier and more settling for him. The manager has been incredible with assisting with my son’s Mysupport plan and EHCP (education, health and care plan) and just makes things so much easier during a challenging phase for us. We don’t ever want him to leave! It’s his cheerful place after home which means the world to us! Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for him and us! My kid has been at Hillside Private Day Childcare centre – Whitwood since March 2021, starting in the baby room.

May 12, 2025 at 11:50 amI can’t thank the team enough for how incredible they have been with helping my little girl to settle in at only 8 months old and being a first time mum I wasn’t sure how she would be but I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Her educators provide many incredible discovering opportunities for her, I know she is well cared for and they are consistently there to offer assistance or give useful advice. When I drop my daughter off in the morning, I can see how much she adores the team and even gets upset when it’s time to go home! Thank you for making my little girl sense so settled and making us as first time parents sense so at ease. My daughter has been in the childcare centre for just over two months now and has settled in wonderfully.

June 19, 2025 at 5:33 pmIt makes me cheerful knowing he feels that way.
At the beginning of the year my youngest started attending and weirdly I was much more anxious, he was starting at a younger age than when my eldest did. My worries soon disappeared after the second session when he happily went to his key worker.
I could not ask for better key workers to look after my kids. I sense like they’re part of my family. I sense like every day they return after a session and they’ve changed and that is down to their key workers encouraging their development.
I can’t suggest Hillside Childcare enough. Everyone there is simply incredible. Keep it up. When your eldest son gets in the car after a day at Hillside and says Mummy I’m so cheerful, what more could I ask for?
