Hillside Childcare & Out of School Club - Altofts

The team are lovely, they keep you well updated and its nice to see what your little one gets up to whilst you’re at work! My little one’s nap times have become more regular, I can see how much he has progressed through his walking and saying more words, this childcare centre has made a huge difference! My little boy loves this childcare centre, consistently has a huge smile on his face when he’s there.

The team are the key to this place being as outstanding as it is. They care so much for the kids, my kids in particular have special bonds with certain members of team and it truly shows in how cheerful they consistently are there. The team go over and above to make every day different and I sense comfortable going to work and dropping my kids off with these lovely people. The activities they do with them on a daily basis is remarkable. The variety of meals they get is excellent with fresh fruit consistently at their fingertips. The holiday club is terrific, they pack in a creative and enjoyable-filled schedule each day which I know must take a lot of work to organise. I couldn’t be happier with the settings my kids are at. My kids have been with Hillside for over seven years now and I’m so glad we have a excellent childcare centre and out of school club locally that our kids adore.

All members of team know my son by name and treat him as if he’s one of their own. His main caregiver within the setting is incredible. Consistently focusing on his interests and encouraging development. The whole setting gives off a family vibe. Never has my son had a bad day here. We are so pleased with their service and thankful for everything they do. Our son attends the childcare centre setting three days a week.

Thoughtful, attentive team and curated activities structured around the kids’s interests and development. Most importantly my daughter is enjoying her time here. Would highly suggest. Lovely childcare centre.

They are like family! A lovely personable team who are consistently striving for my daughter to be the best that she can be! Allowing her to fully explore her questions, grow in her own way and have plenty of adventure! The team keeps me up to date with all that my daughter gets up to at childcare centre and have even given us books to take home to help her understand difficult topics she has asked about! They are consistently cheerful and positive and cheerful to talk and have even given me help on the type of school structure that my daughter would best thrive in! They take the time to truly invest in each and every kid individually and are absolutely incredible in what they do! We adore them! It’s the most remarkable childcare centre. My daughter has been so cheerful there (she attended 2 previous nurseries when she was younger and they don’t even come close!) Their activities are consistently varied and exciting and are consistently so engaging. Hillside has been absolutely incredible for both my daughter and me.

Updates is second to none, and I can’t fault the childcare centre at all. My little boy has been attending for over a year now and absolutely loves it. The activities and equipment are consistently varied and exciting for the kids, and the team are patient and supportive with any questions you may have. They regularly ask for new interests displayed at home so that activities can be based on this, and this helps reinforce discovering at home too. 5 stars isn’t enough! Hillside Childcare is such a exceptional, welcoming and nurturing setting for the little ones.

Team are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Recently they have increased the size of the childcare centre which has created a better setting for the kids. Since attending this childcare centre my little boy has come on leaps and bounds with his speach, numbers and socialising skills, plus the meals are cooked from scratch. Absolutely adore this childcare centre.

My two absolutely adore it here! They have come on so much whilst they have been attending Hillside Childcare & Out of School Club – Altofts! All the team are lovely and could not do enough for the kid and ourselves as parents from adding days to teaching our kids everything they need to know! Definitely, one to try! Best childcare centre around!

The team here work incredibly hard to ensure our little ones have so much enjoyable every day as well as discovering. They often use the kids’s interests to incorporate them into activities which is such a lovely idea. Our son has come on leaps and bounds starting here and would honestly suggest them to anyone. A kid starting childcare centre can be so daunting but the ladies here made it such an easy transition not just for our son but for us parents too. Our son started at Hillside Childcare in September 2021 and he loves it!

One has now left and gone to big school but still attends the holiday club as he loves it so much. For the past two years both my grandchildren have attended Hillside Childcare & Out of School Club – Altofts the team are welcoming approachable and highly attentive towards the kids and family members.
