They have been absolutely remarkable right the way through from enquiry and admission. The manager and team have been incredibly supportive and supportive in meeting my kid’s additional needs. As a childcare centre, they are very kid focused and provide lots of hands on playtime and outdoor activities. They are very great at communicating with parents and keeping us updated regularly with observations and developmental development. I am very cheerful with this childcare centre and my daughter absolutely loves it. She is consistently very cheerful and the team are incredible with her. My daughter started at the beginning of this year at hdc – Dartmouth.

They’ve made us as a family so welcome. Our two boys settled so well, excellent updates, lovely food and lots of activities. Really lovely place for small people to be! Hdc Dartmouth have been just exceptional.

The team show incredible kindness and care towards both of my kids and they have relentless positivity and enthusiasm! It is clear that my daughter absolutely adores her key worker and when recently talking to my honest three year old son, he told me that he consistently wants to go to childcare centre with his key worker! Updates via the app is outstanding, we sense very well informed by the detailed and regular updates and photos we receive. The management at hdc Dartmouth is supportive and very responsive. In summary, hdc Dartmouth is a remarkable childcare centre! hdc Darmouth is a very special place.

Nutritionally there is over usage of bulky products such as legumes and the day-to-day menu isn’t particularly varied.
Outdoor and indoor spaces are great and well-used.
I have marked cleanliness as low, the childcare centre looks spotless but the transmission of infection is relatively high. Team turnover is reasonably high, but they are consistently welcoming.

The team are welcoming and expert. The aesthetics are enjoyable, educational and do lots of things that we don’t do at home. I would highly suggest hdc Dartmouth. My son loves going to childcare centre.

Consistently sense welcomed by the team when we come to pick our granddaughter up. She loves it up there with all the team and kids. She talks to us about team and that she has been playing with the boys and girls. It’s a lovely childcare centre.

The team consistently acted highly professionally and politely. My daughter had surgery following hearing problems and hdc set up a special individual programme to further enhance her bilingual development. When we left Dartmouth, English was her primary language thanks to the whole of the strong performing childcare centre team. Especially the use of the app is absolutely state of the art and the German childcare centre she is going to now doesn’t even consider a digitalised option like this. The key worker principle made perfect sense and the way how it was executed helped us extremely well to raise our daughter in these two and a half years abroad. The timings are super flexible and the team consistently found a way to integrate my daughter straight away each day. This childcare centre is definitely our top recommendation and the goodbye situation there was the only one that made me cry when we left the UK. I was a German exchange officer in Dartmouth and my daughter enjoyed hdc Dartmouth Day Childcare centre for two and a half years.

The varied stimulation really interests my kid and these help improve her skills in many areas. Messy playtime is excellent as I don’t do this at home. The team are consistently very welcoming. The option to do half days would be very handy. A very positive childcare centre setting for my daughter.
