Staff have been so encouraging with his development. He was behind in quite a few areas, especially his speech. Since he has attended he has come on by miles. Staff are incredible and very approachable both for my son but also general day by day updates. Even provided home pack activities for my son when he was off due to an injury ensuring that he didn’t miss out on anything, which my son was so cheerful about. Couldn’t have picked a better childcare centre to take care of my kid. Which is why I have now since started sending my youngest kid as I have 100% self‑assurance in their abilities to further the kids’s development. I 100% will be recommending this childcare centre to my friends and family. My eldest son had attended this childcare centre since September 2020 until July 2022 and he has absolutely loved every second of it.

The team are incredible and genuinely care for the kids. They are more than accommodating and flexible. Kind, attentive and expert are just a few words I have to say about them. The team go above and beyond for the kids they look after! They hand over with detail and are consistently interested in the home lives. Regular update from day-to-day activities. The manager and deputy manager are fantastic and very approachable. I would and have recommended this childcare centre over and over and over! Thank you for being you. Amazing job! If I could give it 100 stars, I would. Welcome Nurseries @ Padgate is by far the best childcare centre I have used throughout my 18 years as a parent.

Both my boys go there, one being disabled and the childcare centre go above and beyond to accommodate. They both adore going into childcare centre and run in every morning. I’ll be really sad when my eldest leaves for school this year. Amazing childcare centre.

As she’s moved up through the childcare centre they do lots of playtime discovering and also help with any concerns that I have had and supported me. I sense she has consistently been well looked after at childcare centre as if they were one of their own. I’m sad that this is an end of an era but so cheerful I chose this childcare centre, I’ve watched my little one blossom into a very confident clever little girl and would highly suggest all the team and the childcare centre. My daughter has been going from 9 months old, the baby room was very great with lots of sensory playtime and adapting to her when she started to walk.

The main thing he loves about childcare centre are the team themselves. On our way home each day he tells me the names of all the team he’s seen that day. Nursery have gone above and beyond to make sure my little boy is included in everything they do. For example at a jubilee celebration when there was a buffet that he couldn’t eat due to his allergies – I thought they might have a separate sandwich for him but rather than making him sense different in a negative way the cook made him a whole box of secure options and made him sense extra loved instead! My son has multiple allergies and there’s never been a single slip up where he’s been served something he shouldn’t have or managed to get another kid’s food as they manage this so well. He’s learnt so much from childcare centre and comes home singing a new song most weeks that they’ve been singing. I’m fortunate that my son is only almost 2, so he has a few more years to spend here! My son has attended for 15 months and he absolutely loves it.

The team are all incredible and really help her to learn new things everyday that she goes. My daughter has been going to Birch Grove Day Nursery Ltd since she was eight months old, she loves going and learns so much while she is there.

The assistance they give individually to each kid is incredible and it has benefited him so much.
The setting itself is so well organised and has so many things for the kids to do and playtime with. The updates between childcare centre team and myself is very great and they consistently inform me of my kid’s development and what he has achieved, even down to what he’s had for lunch that day and it’s consistently a healthy balanced meal. My son has just completed his first year at this childcare centre and they have been outstanding.

The team are very polite and welcoming. My daughter has learnt so much over the past few months since starting childcare centre. I consistently sense confident she is being well looked after when I drop her off and the team consistently have time to talk about her day when I collect her. The childcare centre puts on different events to involve the parents and their kids. This is greatly appreciated and so lovely to be able to see her interacting with the other adults and kids in the setting. Thank you! We absolutely adore this childcare centre.

She absolutely loves it, and I wouldn’t of chosen anywhere else for my youngest who has recently started there. Staff are inviting, welcoming, knowledgable and exceptional with the kids. I found that this really helped them to settle in and to delight in going back each day. The setting is spacious and I adore the large outdoor area, my eldest just loves the space available to playtime in. Food is healthy and the cook is incredible when providing a variety of snacks and meals which my kids consistently eat. Management team are excellent and very approachable, I know if I have a question or query about anything they will be cheerful to help straight away. I currently have both my kids attending Welcome Nurseries @ Padgate, my eldest is 4yrs and has attended since she was 9 months old.
