Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Exeter

We sense that both kids are really well looked after. We like the feedback and understand what they have done/played and eaten. The outdoor area is excellent and our kids adore it. updates through email is excellent and the kid’s reports are also nice to have. All team members are consistently welcoming, welcoming and inviting.

It has really meant a lot to us and we cant thank the childcare centre team enough! Dietary needs are catered to and we sense secure knowing he hasnt everything hes needs. The childcare centre is incredible and has helped my son become confident and independent.

They made a very stressful time that little bit better. It was a huge relief for us that she was able to move into such a attentive setting. She went in cheerful and came out cheerful, and had a fantastic time. We are incredibly pleased with the service they provide and would highly suggest it to anyone that is looking for a childcare centre. It is a excellent place to see your little one learn and grow. The childcare centre were able to accommodate my daughter very last minute, they were supportive and understanding.

Now just over 20 months old. childcare centre has been incredible in supporting not only her social development but also helping us in supporting her educational development. team are welcoming and expert and have been a tremendous help.

They have built strong relationships with many of the team and particularly their key workers. My youngest had an operation and was in a cast from chest to ankles for 15 weeks over the summer. The childcare centre was very accommodating and happily let her attend despite the extra care she needed. They took the time to learn how to care for her and did an incredible job. I didn’t sense comfortable leaving her with many people during this time, but completely trusted the team at cheerful Days. Three team members, in particular, have been particularly exceptional with attentive for her. My other daughter has become a very confident and social little girl and I put much of this down to what she has learned from her time at childcare centre. They have a really varied day and are consistently doing enjoyable activities. Both girls go into childcare centre each day with smiles on their faces. I have two kids at cheerful Days (18 months old and 3.5 years old), both have attended since they were 9 months old and absolutely adore it.

Everything to do with the childcare centre is excellent. The tender loving care the team have for the kids, and my daughter’s developmental areas since starting in September of 2022 is incredible. I sense cheerful Days childcare centre has played the biggest role in helping my daughter become the little girl she is today. We’re coming up to 1 year of her being in cheerful Days childcare centre and I couldn’t have chosen a more comfortable childcare centre for her. My daughter loves going to childcare centre and seeing her friends and the team. She consistently goes in cheerful and consistently comes out cheerful. My daughter loves the childcare centre and so do I!

Initially, like all kids, it was an upset each morning saying goodbye; however, the team at the childcare centre were excellent on handover, especially during COVID-19 times. Their welcoming upbeat manner is second to none and most days the boys don’t want to leave. The attention to detail is outstanding in readiness for school and the outside world. The graduation last year was exceptional and we’re looking forward to this year’s graduation too. Thank you cheerful Days for consistently putting the kids first. The team are all very supportive and welcoming and my daughter has built a trusting relationship with them. The chef is outstanding and the food is fresh and healthy. The team turnover is not bad in comparison to other nurseries and the great team retention rate allows the kid to have a sense of continuity. The facilities are spotless and well-thought-out for educational activities and easier integration when the kid moves up to another room. The childcare centre provides detailed reports about the kids’s development in light of their curriculum. The updates has the potential to improve and I am aware they are now working on a new app which will be excellent to keep parents up-to-date. Management follows my daughter’s individual development closely and provides valuable guidance. They also hold events which give me the opportunity to observe how my daughter interacts with team and the setting. My two-year-old daughter has been going to cheerful Days childcare centre & Preschool Exeter for a year now.

The eldest has been going since he was 14 months old and absolutely loves it. They have actively worked with his speech, and we have seen a huge improvement due to their hard work. Our daughter has just started, and her new favourite word is the name of one of the ladies who works in the room with her!
I have consistently felt cheerful leaving them there, knowing they are secure and well looked after by everyone. cheerful Days has been a perfect choice for both of my kids.

We have never had issues with dropping the girls off, and all of the team are welcoming and accommodating.
We regularly get to hear about what the girls have been up to, and bring home arts and crafts from the day. Activities seem varied and outdoor playtime is consistently available. And we receive great feedback about the day and general updates on development. Food provided sounds healthy, tasty and is almost consistently polished off. Our two daughters are at cheerful Days and consistently seem to delight in their days there.
