October 13, 2024 at 3:27 pmI sense she comes back from childcare centre having learned something new every week. She enjoys her self – so much so, it’s a struggle to get to put her coat on when I collect her! I think the childcare centre is remarkable and the girls made my daughter very welcome.

November 2, 2024 at 11:40 amBoth my kids have been here and enjoyed it. Team are welcoming and most are like a second mummy to the kids, giving cuddles etc, if kids are sad or even when cheerful. I’ve had a couple of issues along the way but most have been resolved quickly. An all-around great childcare centre.

The setting is welcoming and nurturing providing a home-from-home with remarkable indoor and outdoor space that promotes discovering. Team are inviting, welcoming, expert and attentive – all of the things you would want from a person looking after your kid. They give hugs and assistance where required and provide many opportunities to playtime and learn whilst the kids are making friends and having enjoyable. My eldest (4) is confident, articulate and thanks to assistance from the team at Enchanted Forest Childcare centre, very prepared for starting school this year. My youngest (11 months) absolutely loves the childcare centre and has done from day 1. She loves to explore the baby room, sing songs and meet new friends and above all, I know she is in secure hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest Enchanted Forest Childcare centre to anyone considering a childcare centre placement for their kid. As a mum of two, I don’t underestimate the importance childcare centre plays in my kids’s lives.

December 6, 2024 at 1:03 amThe facilities are remarkable with excellent outdoor space and have a variety of age-appropriate activities in each of the rooms. The team show genuine care and interest in the kids and all work very hard to create a welcoming setting. I would not hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to anyone in the area (and have already done so on a number of occasions). Both of my kids currently attend Enchanted Forest in Greenock and both are thriving there.

Credit to the whole team. Team at Enchanted Forest Childcare centre, Greenock consistently rise to the challenge and go above and beyond to accommodate our disabled son.

December 30, 2024 at 10:23 amOn multiple occasions I’ve met some member of team that I haven’t met before, and they know my daughter and take the time to greet us. The whole atmosphere within in the childcare centre is cheerful and expert. My personal journey within the childcare centre is remarkable, my daughter has came on leaps and bounds with interacting with other kids and her own personal speech development. Every single team member is an absolute delight and very welcoming, they take the time in getting to know the kids.

January 15, 2025 at 8:31 amI continue to be bowled over by the team at Enchanted Forest. From the first time I walked through the door, the manager and the team were welcoming, curious to find out about us and excited to share what they could offer.
They deliver an outstanding, interactive, engaging, and playful journey to our now 18-month-old, not only that but they have been fantastically flexible supporting us with extra last-minute sessions when my husband was in hospital, and all the team are clearly committed to delivering a excellent journey for the kids in their care. I had no idea what to look for or what to expect when I was initially looking for a childcare centre for my son.

The care my son receives is second to none, he has thrived into a cheerful outgoing toddler who loves all the team and thrives with the activities he takes part in on a daily basis. The assistance and advice available from the manager and one particular member of team is remarkable and I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough. As a first time, mum working full time in a challenging career selecting a childcare centre was a nerve-wracking prospect.

The team are incredible and I never worry about leaving my daughter in their care. They go above and beyond to care for my daughter. Incredible childcare centre. I would definitely suggest Enchanted Forest Childcare centre to families looking for first class childcare in Inverclyde. My son gets really excited on the days he knows he has childcare centre, he loves attending Enchanted Forest and I think the team are exceptional they know my son very well and consistently fill us in on what he has done each day so feels very personal and reassuring to know that my son has had lots of enjoyable and has been well cared for, making us sense great going to work knowing he’s in excellent hands.

February 26, 2025 at 6:21 pmWe looked around many nurseries to find the right one and chose Enchanted Forest, as the team were very welcoming and interacted immediately with my daughter making her sense cared for and secure. Also making me sense comfortable putting her in the care of what are essentially strangers to me at this point.
This level of care has been maintained the whole time, even when team changes over allowing me to sense confident dropped her off at the childcare centre.
It has allowed her to develop massively and gain the relationships important to any toddler.
The interaction, discovering and enjoyable factor is given to my daughter every session at Enchanted Forest Greenock. My daughter has attended Enchanted Forest Childcare centre, Greenock since may 2016.

March 1, 2025 at 8:51 pmThe girls are all really nice and don’t make you sense stupid for phoning over to check on your kid. The kids all look like they are having a lot of enjoyable when I drop off, the snacks provided are all healthy snacks too. Nappies and wipes are included in your fees as well as snacks and water which is excellent. I would suggest Enchanted Forest to friends as my daughter thoroughly enjoys it.

Both boys have settled well and delight in their childcare centre days. Thanks. Enchanted Forest Childcare centre Greenock have really helped my boys settle in Greenock since moving here last year.

Given that she can be quite emotional, we felt really supported in this even though the team have a full room to look after and a job to do we are super cheerful with the outstanding effort they put into the welfare of the kids and parents. My daughter went through a settling-in process to another room and the team kept me reassured and well communicated with.

It is spotless and has a private out door section for kids to go and playtime.
The team are welcoming and very cheerful to help in all aspects.
You have a personal diary for each kid so you know how there day went.

May 5, 2025 at 10:19 amI couldn’t say one bad thing, my son in particular is attached to many of the team. The kids learn about different subjects such as space, traffic and Christmas expanding the knowledge they already have. Both my kids adore Enchanted Forest Greenock Childcare centre.

May 15, 2025 at 7:11 amThe childcare centre went through a difficult time when it changed ownership, which happens when businesses change over. However, the childcare centre has now adapted and come through the other side.
My kid loves his time at childcare centre and has a excellent relationship with all the team. They are supportive, give full reports of the activities carried out during the day and communicate well.
They have a great range of food and the diary is updated regularly throughout the day. I delight in getting notifications through with pictures of my kid throughout the day.
The team are compassionate, well‑informed and supportive. My kid has been at this childcare centre for four years.

The Enchanted Forest Greenock has brought my Son from his baby years to a confident, polite role model to his younger members in the childcare centre and also outside to other people.
