He interacts with the other kids and plays with them. The nursery is spotless and the service for your special little ones is exceptional. They let you call anytime and even make sure you’re ok as a parent. They are a loving and kind bunch of people I felt I could trust with my son who was 11 months at the start. As a first time mother returning to work, this was daunting for me but the team were incredible and reassured me on my fears. The app is incredible, they update you on everything throughout the day with pictures so I knew my son was fine in their caregiving. The settle sessions I think help the transition for the parents more than the little ones lol but is fantastic for them to get comfortable with their key workers before the routine sets in. Since being at the nursery for a month he’s come on leaps and bounds! They feed the kids an incredible variety of food and help them develop. My son is a lockdown baby and has not had the interaction with other kids he normally would have had.

Lunches are a delight with nutritious options for growing minds. All my questions or queries were responded to in a timely manner. All the team members were extremely approachable and nurturing, doing their best to meet our needs as a family. I would highly highly recommend this nursery! My 3-year-old twins attended Hampstead Gate Day Nursery happily each morning! My son was well supported with potty training and his journey improved, the garden is filled with stimulus and playtime materials, providing exciting development opportunities for the kids. The online system was regularly updated with pictures and observations of my kids development and playing which provided fantastic insight into their days! Their preferred milk was provided with ease.

Amazingly approachable, content team and take genuine caregiving of the little ones. I was extremely nervous about dropping my youngster off at nursery but going to Hampstead Gate Day Nursery was much easier than I thought. My youngster is extremely content to go to nursery and enjoys all the activities.

I’m extremely anxious to leave him with other people but the team reassured me and comforted my youngster a lot. Thank you a lot. While the beginning was rough after a couple of weeks my youngster (18 months old at the time) had settled in quite well. Right now after one year of attending my kid doesn’t always say goodbye anymore and has a remarkable time with his friends and team.

Nothing has ever seemed too much bother and all practitioners show genuine caregiving towards him and make sure he is content and striving. All team and practitioners are always so approachable and inviting and I adore the detailed observations and feedback that we get. If I’ve ever had questions about growth or any advice I’ve always felt able to ask his key workers. My son started when he was only 9 months old and the difference in his confidence and speech from other kids I know that don’t go to nursery is so noticeable so we credit that to you guys. When he was struggling to build new friendships after his friends moving up, you all supported him and me in helping him develop new friendships whilst being flexible with the time he could spend with his friends who had moved up. I’ve always felt as though his key workers are genuinely interested in knowing more about him and making sure the activities suit his interests as well as being able to discuss his family life with him.

We also appreciate that she is treated such as a person with all her individuality at the same time she learns important social abilities. Moreover, we such as the way in which her progress is discussed with us every day and documented in the app. We feel she’s genuinely adored and looked after. Thanks. We are extremely pleased with the growth that our daughter shows during her time at the nursery. I’ve been personally involved in activities designed by the nursery team, such as an audio/picture book in different languages for kids to develop in a diverse context. Lately, she has developed her language abilities at an impressive rate, and she’s able to relate it to her activities there, be it by herself, with her friends or with the key persons and all team.

We have noticed huge progress in all key areas of development; particularly his updates and language as well as personal and social abilities. Our son recently moved to the Ladybirds room and we couldn’t be more pleased with the caregiving he is receiving. We were initially anxious about the transition as he adored the Caterpillar room so much but all members of team have taken the time to build positive relationships with the whole family.

They always stick to whatever decision we’ve made with regards to potty training, weaning off the dummy and comforters. They’ve been a vital part in helping my youngster develop her speaking and find herself after truly struggling during lockdowns. Their hygiene standards are immaculate, deal with food allergies and dietary needs truly well also. The team are all approachable and professional. The garden areas are fantastic, they have activities and toys to suit every want or need my youngster can think up. My 3-year-old started in March 2021 and has come on so far since being here.

The nursery looks incredible. I have seen inside on the virtual tour – fab! I can only see from the outside at the moment but the garden and resources are all brand new and look so much enjoyable. The team seem truly approachable and inviting to talk to, the app is updated all the time too. The food my niece gets sounds extremely pleasant and she comes out extremely content and sometimes doesn’t want to leave!

The menus are nutritious and balanced and my daughter sometimes even has seconds! She always smiles when we say it’s time to go to nursery and she happily goes to her key workers in the morning. I’m extremely content with the nursery, the delightful team and how they are looking after my daughter and what they are teaching her and I look forward to seeing my daughter continue to grow. Despite the number of kids there, the place is always so spotless! The nursery itself is a delightful building and the kids have their own gardens to playtime in according to age. Of those 9 months, she only attends the nursery 1 day a week, but this has not stopped her building a bond or a relationship with her key workers and other team. The team are all extremely supportive and accommodating to our needs and requirements. My daughter has been at Hampstead Gate Day Nursery since April.
