February 1, 2025 at 10:20 pmThey know all the families well and are very compassionate and loving towards the kids. They treat the kids with respect and encourage them to problem-solve. Communication is strong, each kid has a key worker who shares the kid’s day with the parents/carers daily. The childcare centre provides outstanding safeguarding and ensures they know who is collecting and will not release kids without following the protocol. I couldn’t suggest a better provision. The manager and her team run this childcare centre with excellent skill.
