My son has gone from not wanting to go into his previous setting to running to get in the door at Grass Roots. He has grown and thrived during his time and I now sense that thanks to Grass Roots he is ready for big school. A massive thank you to the manager and her exceptional team. The most incredible Childcare centre, couldn’t ask for better.

October 18, 2024 at 1:02 pmSuch lovely team and atmosphere, it has excellent family vibes about the place and excellent community ethos. The team are so welcoming, welcoming and cheerful! Think this speaks volumes and makes it easier knowing when your kid is there, that they, in turn, are cheerful too. It was easy to decide on Grass Roots as our choice of childcare centre.

My little boy hasn’t been there long but it took him next to no time to settle and he is coming on leaps and bounds. Truly family orientated, and sense so comfortable leaving him knowing he will be cheerful and discovering all day long. Grass Roots is an incredible little place!

November 12, 2024 at 5:06 pmI moved my son from another local setting where he was struggling and unhappy – from day one, Grass Roots have made us all, as family, so welcome. The team consistently have time to ask about your life and how things are which makes a huge difference to your day just having another adult to speak to who knows what you are going through.
They provided incredible care for our son, above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. We have relocated and I’m truly not sure how we will ever beat the care we received at Grass Roots! My son enjoyed the variety of food served (even if he is fussy), they are consistently out on activities, doing crafts and generally being allowed to be themselves which is another aspect I ADORE about Grass Roots – they constantly nurture the kids into finding out who they are.
I would highly suggest to anyone. Thank you. Grassroots is an INCREDIBLE childcare centre!

Grass Roots have made us all welcome and helped us out in many ways. The team consistently have time for you.
We’ll be sad when our son has to leave this year. Grassroots is an INCREDIBLE childcare centre.

They go above and beyond to providing a changing outdoor area, to taking them on outings into the local countryside. They don’t have to do this but do go above and beyond what is required. Would suggest to anyone! Simply exceptional – thankyou. Incredible – we changed nurseries to this setting from another local childcare centre and the care has been outstanding from day 1.

They offer solutions for the hours I need too which has helped me return to work after having my 2nd baby. They consistently seem to go above and beyond and the lovely inviting welcome is fab every time we arrive. Grass Roots is incredible, they provide incredible assistance and care for not only my little boy but for me as a nervous parent!

March 3, 2025 at 3:01 amThere is nothing I can fault or would ask to improve on. The setting is remarkable as well as the team. What stands out to me is that all team care about each and every kid and especially during these difficult times with the pandemic, team have gone above and beyond to ensure all kids and their parents are doing OK. From phone calls to regular messages and updates on their Famly app, I have consistently been able to make contact if I have needed too. Our daughter loves attending Grass Roots and the bond she has with the team is remarkable. I know she is secure and well cared for, she consistently has healthy home-cooked meals too. They are highly accommodating if for any reason we have needed to change her day/s as well. I was recommended Grass Roots by my neighbour, who’s kid also attends. I visited a couple of times and our daughter had a few settling in sessions- we didn’t need to view any other nurseries in the area, as we were that impressed! Grass Roots Day Childcare centre is simply incredible!

March 7, 2025 at 4:55 pmBefore phoning Grass Roots I spoke to a few other nurseries but none seemed as enthusiastic to meet my little girl as Grass Roots did. The childcare centre is consistently spotless and everyone is so welcoming. The team truly can’t do enough for you or your kid. Before your kid starts they come out for a one-to-one and find out what your kid likes to do, I sense like this truly helped my little girl because on her first day she went straight in and settled straight away. So glad we found this childcare centre there truly isn’t another one like it around here. Grass Roots is a remarkable childcare centre and my little girl loves it, she even asks to go in over the weekend sometimes.

June 26, 2025 at 9:27 pmI honestly couldn’t be happier with the care, adore and attention that they get. Not only that they get but also the assistance that us as parents get. This childcare centre has helped us as a family at the toughest of times. I can drop my babies off, without worrying knowing that I will pick them up and they will still be beaming with smiles. I can go to work knowing they are in the safest hands and having a exceptional time, whether that be at childcare centre, or on the trips out they go on, which is consistently an exciting time for them both! They have both come on so much whilst been there and I am dreading the day already that they leave for school! Both of my babies aged 3 and 16 months attend this childcare centre.
