Grange House Day Nursery

The team were engaged with the kids, the kids were all cheerful and when I explained the issues my daughter has with her vision (she wears contact lenses and patches during the day) the team took initiative instantly and suggested a few things they would avoid, such as having sand playtime on the days she attends.
Since starting there almost 2 years ago she has come on leaps and bounds, loves going to childcare centre and has a fantastic relationship with the girls who take care of her.
There are varied activities she’s able to take part in throughout the day which has helped develop her social skills hugely and also has the opportunity to develop independent playtime.
I’m so pleased this is the childcare centre I chose for my daughter and will be sending my second kid in a few months’ time. After viewing a number of local nurseries, this is the one I felt an instant draw to.

One team member, in particular, is incredible! She totally understands my daughter and my daughter is so comfortable and cheerful around her. Her handovers at the end of the day are consistently detailed, honest and she will consistently end on a positive note. It doesn’t ever sense like anything is too much trouble and we are consistently greeted with a smile. We are ever so grateful to this team member- she has transformed my little girl’s journey of childcare centre.
Another team member is equally as welcoming and has been more than accommodating and catered to our requests (there have been a few!) during our time here.
You ladies are superstars and we are so glad that we discovered Grange House Day Nursery.

Very encourageable with my little boy, he has come on so much since he started.
I’ve never had any issues and the team are lovely and very informative. Brilliant childcare centre, consistently kept up to date, kids are well looked after and are given a variety of activities to do.

From having our first look around it was important to us that the setting felt right and this was instant as soon as we walked through the door. The manager showed us around and answered all of our questions which we had a lot being first-time parents. She even discussed things that we didn’t even think of and walked away feeling like all bases were covered and we had all the information. The settling-in session was excellent, not only for my kid but also for us as parents and more so because we were massively impacted by the lockdown. The childcare centre has been nothing but accommodating with day swaps, advice and updates at pick-up time telling us what the little ones have been up to. The updates through the app has also been incredible! It’s lovely seeing pictures and development your kid is making. From being a Grange House Day Nursery attendee myself many moons ago I can honestly say even though the years have passed it somehow still held the feeling of familiarity.

They are so lovely and genuinely care for all the kids. My little boy loves going. We get regular updates and pictures on the app as well as a detailed debrief on collection. The app is excellent as informs of nap times, what they’ve eaten, and nappies. They didn’t mind me messaging in the early days when my little boy cried at drop-off, only for them to reply quickly showing how settled he was. My little boy has definitely learned a lot since being at Grange House, it’s incredible to see. Also with the improvements to the outdoor room etc things are only going to get better. Would definitely suggest. Grange House is a exceptional childcare centre.

Both my boys have attended several nurseries due to us moving house twice. Grange House Day Nursery has been the best hands down. Couldn’t suggest it highly enough. I drive in the opposite direction to work so my son can go there. It’s worth it xx Absolutely adore these incredible bunch of people.

Always getting updates and development on my little one which is reasuring and comforting. Absolutely remarkable childcare centre full of excellent and supportive team that went above and beyond for the kids during a particularly hot July couldn’t find a fault honestly.

My two have come on so much since starting and I will be eternally grateful to Grange House for shaping the lives of my kids and giving them the best possible start. Thank you! A fabulous childcare centre setting where every kid feels at home due to the attentive nature of the team.

Would like to hear more feedback on my boy’s development – milestones, and daily activities. Our little boy consistently leaves the childcare centre with a big smile on his face.

His speech is coming on leaps and bounds and he’s learnt so much. The team are incredible with him and follow his lead when he gets overwhelmed and he now handles his big feelings and emotions so much better as before he started he would have little meltdowns, but now he’s able to navigate his emotions in other ways and that’s all thanks to childcare centre. He loves the team, we’re consistently hearing how he has a lot of cuddles so it’s just lovely for us to know he is in such a attentive setting. As a new mum, I was filled with anxiety about sending him anywhere but Grange House instantly put me at ease when we visited! Couldn’t suggest them enough. My kid has been going to Grange House since April, when he started he didn’t even hesitate to run through the door and doesn’t even look back at us most days when we drop him off.
