Good Manors Day Nursery Miller Drive

When we had our second son we knew that was where we wanted him to go. It’s a very spotless, attentive, loving setting and he has the best enjoyable! I adore the mixture of a couple of days at home and three at childcare centre, I sense it gives him a great balance to interact with other adults and kids and be able to do different activities and develop and develop the self‑assurance away from home. He waves to every team member when leaving. The food is very great and balanced. Highly suggest. Our first son attended Miller Drive over ten years ago.

She has excelled in their care and has been fully supported in all her individual needs. I cannot fault them at all and fully trust them to care for my daughter and continue to assistance her in every aspect of her development. They have gone above and beyond for my daughter.
My youngest will be starting when she is old enough, I had no doubts at all about booking her in. The team are all fantastic and so attentive. My daughter has been at Great Manors Day Childcare centre Miller Drive for two years.

Large team turnover recently and lots of small changes. My kid enjoys her time there and the new team are nice but the place doesn’t have the same cheerful vibe any more. Prices have increased three or four times over the time we’ve been there (just over a year). Ok childcare centre, not as great as it was before their ‘take over’.

We have been very pleased with everything and the app works really well, although I wish it was updated before/on pick-up as sometimes it isn’t updated until later in the evening, although I understand this is difficult with so many kids! We have also noticed how much he drinks when getting home and I’m not sure what the process is or how often a drink is offered but it’s just something we have picked up on.
Overall we have been very cheerful and everyone is very welcoming! Our son started at Great Manners in October 2022.

We moved from London and the childcare centre we were at was exceptional but this is even better. The team are fantastic and very supportive and responsive and both my kids have excelled. I could not be happier I adore this childcare centre.

They do everything in their power to help, excel our kids and you consistently know they are there if you need anything answered. The self‑assurance my kids have I do beleive comes down to the playschool, I will consistently suggest them. You sense secure when you have to leave the kids there and sense so comfortable with them all. One incredible childcare centre and playschool, both my son at present and my older daughter came to this playschool and wow they are remarkable, the keyworkers and management are outstanding.

Consistently supportive and supportive. Excellent activities, especially the Mother’s Day afternoon tea. The childcare centre app is not excellent but besides this, it is a excellent childcare centre and our daughter is really cheerful. Excellent childcare centre and incredible team.

For example, a special Mother’s Day afternoon tea was organised with homemade biscuits and cakes. This was a really lovely thought for parents to delight in (and the cakes were absolutely incredible thank you to the chef!) I really value the updates on the app and so would really like these to continue and be as detailed as possible. I adore the sense of our childcare centre – all the team are really welcoming and the additional care taken of the kids is remarkable.

They settled in really quickly and look forward to going. They’re consistently exhausted when they get home after a busy day getting involved with all the different activities on offer. They have both come on so much in their discovering and development since attending and I just wish they started at the childcare centre sooner. The team are incredible and consistently keep you updated. I would definitely suggest the childcare centre to friends and family. My two boys started at the childcare centre in October last year and have loved going ever since.

The team are remarkable and it’s such a shame that key people are leaving as they have really given that personal touch which is needed with families. The discovering, activities and reports on the app are excellent. It is a shame that there are less social media photos and updates, specifically for the childcare centre now that it’s under a larger company. The management team at the childcare centre are quick to respond to any questions. I’ve never had any safeguarding concerns. The main issue we have is that the menu, which has been in place for the last few months, has food on offer which is less suitable for the average 3/4-year-old. Our son eats a variety of food and is a great eater outside of childcare centre but has recently eaten barely any of his main meals. Whilst I understand that fees have to go up with the cost of living, the change to holiday reduction has been disappointing as it means that’s a significant amount of money lost if you wish to spend any time away. The childcare centre has a excellent reputation in the area.
