Gelston Manor Day Nursery

He has come so far in such a short space of time we are really cheerful with his development. Excellent team and part of our family! Thanks to all the team at Gelston! Our little boy absolutely loves every day at Gelston Manor!

The girls who care for him are incredible, taking time to get to know him, develop him from a tiny baby to a full of energy toddler! The setting of Gelston is lovely, with so much space for all of the kids to playtime and learn. We are very proud to be part of the family. Our kid has attended Gelston for nearly three years now, and we couldn’t be happier with how he has thrived during his time.

Our son has been going since he was 6 months and is now just over 18 months, he barely gives us a second look at drop-off now, he is so excited to get in! The development he has made is incredible and they really ensure they align what they are teaching him at childcare centre with what his interests are and what we are teaching him at home. They keep us well informed about what he gets up to every day on the app and also at pick-up. He loves all the team there and they all work so hard. The food is all homemade by the incredible chef there which was one of the big factors in sending him there as we adore trying new food as a family so wanted to ensure he was getting a excellent variety on the days he attends childcare centre. They have an incredible outside area too and they get out most days too no matter the weather. Overall I would not hesitate to suggest Gelston Manor! We couldn’t be happier with Gelston Manor Day Childcare centre.

We are delighted with the childcare centre and have recommended it to a number of other families locally. The team are fantastic and create such a lovely family setting for kids to thrive. The outdoor space is remarkable, especially in summer, when the kids delight in all sorts of enjoyable and adventures on the back lawn. Exceptional surroundings for kids to playtime and for preschool aged kids to thrive. We definitely suggest Gelston Manor Day Childcare centre. Thank you for everything you do! We currently have one son at Gelston Manor Day Childcare centre and his older brother also went before he transitioned to primary school last year.

The team are well‑informed, compassionate and expert. We viewed several nurseries before our daughter was born and the passion and commitment of the team at Gelston Manor Day Childcare centre outshone the rest! Our daughter has a dairy and egg allergy and this is taken into consideration every day when meals are prepared by the chef and is highlighted in the app for further reassurance. From the first day our daughter started at the childcare centre we have felt thoroughly reassured that the team in her baby room are committed to getting to know her, help her learn, provide enjoyable new experiences and work in partnership with us as her parents.

They really take the time to develop a excellent relationship, not only with our son but with myself and my partner also. They are all extremely expert and should be proud of themselves and the work they do, cannot thank them enough! I would highly suggest this childcare centre to everyone. Adore everything about Gelston Manor!

Facilities are incredible, we never saw anything like it at any other childcare centre. The huge gardens and outdoor space for the kids is unrivalled and the care from all team is incredible. The whole place gives lovely, homely vibes and we’ve been so cheerful and reassured sending our son here. The manager was excellent with our induction and welcoming us to the childcare centre. Special shout out to the team in the bunnies room who have looked after our baby so amazingly well. Thank you so much. I cannot rave about this childcare centre enough.

After meeting with the childcare centre team for an initial viewing it became clear how accommodating and dedicated they are, treating each kid as an individual and doing everything possible to make the adjustment to childcare centre life easy and fluid. As a first-time mother, it has really put my mind at ease knowing how experienced and attentive the team at Gelston are, and our son absolutely adores his key worker. He has made so much development since attending thanks to the fantastic team. Would highly suggest it. Gelston Manor is like no other childcare centre we viewed, we were originally sold on the stunning grounds and beautifully decorated baby room, which looks nothing like a childcare centre but rather a family home.

Our son has attended since November 2021 and our daughter will start next year. From the welcome we received when viewing the childcare centre, to now helping us navigate potty training, we couldn’t ask for a better childcare setting. We get excellent updates on what our son has been up to, and the team are remarkable. He has had exceptional key workers as well as room leaders and all other team he is supported by and we communicate with (too many to mention, but you are all so lovely and excellent at what you do!). Our son has developed so much with help from Gelston and his self‑assurance knows no limits! We absolutely adore how much time is promoted outdoors and the outdoor setting is incredible. We cannot fault you, thank you. We couldn’t be happier with Gelston Manor Day Childcare centre.
