Gaskells Private Day Nursery Ltd

The nursery has gone beyond expectations to care for and educate my child. Her progression has been amazing and she fully enjoys going. The nursery staff relationships with parents are phenomenal. I felt valued, respected and involved in my child’s journey.

All staff are very helpful and have a good relationship with parents. The facilities suit the needs of children of all ages, anything my child or myself needs, the nursery tries their best to meet. The menus are excellent and provide plenty of healthy options. My child has gained plenty of independence since starting at Gaskells. I can’t thank Gaskells enough for the help and support and guidance they have given me and my child.

Both my daughters went to Gaskells over a period of four years. I always found the environment and facilities to be very good and clean. The care was good and attentive. The staff were always polite and helpful. They went the extra mile when we expressed concerns, which we were very thankful for and they did extra work with my eldest to incorporate things provided from her SALT sessions.
They have a healthy living policy which means all food is healthy and they encourage the children to be active and play outside as much as possible. They keep parents up to date with the child’s progress and what areas they think may need more focus on. The managers are approachable and friendly. Both my girls really enjoyed attending Gaskells and I would recommend it to others.

My, now 6 year old, attended Garkells from the age of 2 and I love the nursery that much my, now 2 year old, attends. I have never had any issues with the nursery, the staff go above and beyond to provide outstanding care for my child. My 6 year old loves to talk about nursery and all the things she experienced. My 2 year old loves his weekly drama class and football sessions at Gaskells and looks forward to going to nursery every day! One word to describe the setting and the staff FANTASTIC!!

My son has progressed loads being at the nursery. The staff are all really nice and always help in any way they can. It is a very good nursery.

I have two children who attend this nursery and both have been happy since their first day and are thriving. They are always happy when I leave them in the morning and are equally as happy when I pick them up. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who all work extremely hard to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children. I looked at many nurseries prior to visiting Gaskells and they stand out in so many ways. As a primary school teacher myself, I had and continue to have high expectations and Gaskells meet them every time. Their low staff turnover and continued forward-thinking approach to early years teaching and learning make this nursery one of the best I have experienced. I wouldn’t want my children (and future child) to attend anywhere else.

We have been coming to this nursery for a few years now and I couldn’t be more happier with the staff and their service. My boys have come along so much since attending Gaskills Nursery. The staff are polite,m caring, professional and will help you in any which way they can. I would highly recommend this nursery to family and friends.

Excellent, friendly, supportive staff. Accommodating to help and support at all times. Flexible with my working rotas etc. Understanding staff. Will miss coming every day and the kindness the staff have given to my son and ourselves.

I have been so impressed with how my daughter’s key worker at Gaskells has worked in making sure she is meeting her next steps. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to have a conversation with you; this is extremely helpful for a parent within the education sector knowing how my child is supported with their education within the nursery setting. I am very happy with the overall care my daughter is getting as she always looks forward to going to nursery. I know that when I drop my daughter off, she is in the best hands possible and I can get on with my work and not worry because I know the staff are well trained and provide exceptional care for her. Thank you, Gaskells, for all your hard work and helping my daughter settle back into nursery in what has been a difficult year.
