Friends Day Nursery, Saintfield

Couldn’t fault the place at all. The team are what make it the place it is…so great with the kids, I adore the fact it’s been the same team almost from the beginning; means you get to know and trust them. Friends provides kids with excellent routine and lots of playtime/stimulation. We go to work reassured that our kids will be cheerful and well looked after there. Definitely would suggest it! Our kids have been going to Friends Day Childcare centre, Saintfield since 2014 when our eldest (now 7) started.

Friends Childcare centre is a lovely, welcoming crèche with a fantastic team. Not only do the kids have lots of enjoyable but they are also taught through playtime, art and singing. You get a daily report as well as photos from an app so you consistently know how your little one is getting on throughout the day. I would highly suggest friends childcare centre, the team go above and beyond for your kids. It’s a pleasure to send my kids here. I have two kids at Friends Day Childcare centre.

Our daughter really enjoys attending there. She settled very quickly. The team are attentive and welcoming. The venue is well suited, with great outdoor spaces for the kids. Friends is a excellent childcare centre.

It was clear that this establishment was purpose built for childcare and the rooms looked so inviting, colourful, relaxing and so much enjoyable. The covid infection control plan/policy in place was very reassuring and put me at ease at a time when I was nervous about my kids leaving the safety of our home. The team were so lovely and reassuring as my kids settled in and are experienced and know just how to assistance the kids and parents at this time. My little boy had never been away from me and I felt that the approach taken by the team in helping him cope and adapt was outstanding and they were honest, attentive and so patient. They quickly followed up on the app with a message and photos of him settled and engaged in his playtime and as a parent this is just invaluable and so appreciated! My little girl skips in and out each day! Friends Day Childcare centre is remarkable, from the moment I met the manager I knew that this was the place I would send my kids (1 & 3).

The team are so welcoming and really treat him like their own. They have a excellent schedule of activities and lots of outdoor space. There is a lovely family atmosphere and I would suggest it to anyone in the area. My little boy loves going to Friends Day Childcare centre.

The team are incredibly welcoming and responsive. The kids are consistently doing varied activities, and my fridge is full of artwork sent home. We also really appreciate the updates via the app. As a family, we only have excellent things to say about Friends. My daughter (2) absolutely loves Friends!

They are excellent with the kids and really get to know the kids and parents. It’s a excellent setting for kids and there’s no high turnover of team which is excellent. As a purpose-built facility the resources are very great and the outside space has a lovely spacious country setting. Any time I have approached team and/or management regarding changes to our childcare needs or general information regarding the kids they have been very supportive, accommodating and supportive. I have two kids at Friends Day Childcare centre and have consistently found the team to be really supportive and welcoming.

The manager was so inviting and welcoming when we first visited the childcare centre. The girls in the baby room have been incredible and it has been fantastic watching my son’s social skills develop, especially as he was born in 2020. It has been lovely to see my son engage in the fantastic activities in Friends Day Childcare centre, Saintfield and we adore receiving the pictures via the app. We really can’t thank the team in Friends Day Childcare centre, Saintfield enough. We are so cheerful that our little boy started in Friends Day Childcare centre, Saintfield.

We placed my first son with them when he was a year and a half. He took time to settle as he had never been around other kids and to say they were stellar was an understatement. They really took the time to spend with him, keeping him secure and encouraged him to playtime and get involved. My oldest really came out of his shell and moved through the rooms with no hassle and became so outgoing. When the time came for mainstream school he had no issues because of all the work friends had done. When I had my second I took my oldest out as I was at home. When the time came to place both of them during covid I had full faith that they would look after both of them and ensure they were looked after and comforted. It goes without saying that they were also exceptional with the second one, treating him like another member of the family. My first also ran in the door back to his second home with all his friends. They offer excellent activities for the kids consistently busy and excellent food. Friends Day childcare centre is outstanding.

The team are inviting and welcoming and totally devoted to their role in attentive for kids. He is consistently cheerful to arrive and regular updates via the app let me see what he’s been up to. He has special needs (identified age 3) and the team in the pre-school room have overwhelmed us with their care, knowledge, wealth of resources and dedication to help him achieve his potential linking in with OT, SLT and preschool teacher. They sense like an extended family who have been a large part of our assistance network, particularly over the last year. My son (aged 4) has been at Friends since he was 9 months old.
