October 30, 2020 at 12:00 amWe are really pleased with the nursery since ICP took over. There is good communication between nursery and ICP management. There has been investment in facilities and the staff are lovely. It is a great setting in which my son is thriving.

November 19, 2020 at 12:00 amMy daughter loves her time at nursery. The team are exceptional and provide a loving environment for my daughter to flourish in. They also provide some amazing activities and send regular updates and ideas to do at home which is great. I could not recommend this nursery higher. Keep up the amazing work.

Great to see how my grandchildren are so happy and thriving in the nursery. Satisfying to know they are being encouraged to learn lots of new things from such a young age, keep up the good work!

March 10, 2021 at 12:00 amI can’t recommend this nursery enough, the staff here are amazing. It’s daunting leaving your little ones anywhere but they took the stress away and my little girl settled straight away which meant I was happy at work knowing she was okay.

August 3, 2021 at 12:00 amOur children are very happy there. Nice, good, caring staff. They are quite flexible as well.
Common feedback heard among parents (and our experience) is that if you have very specific requests for your child, they are not always followed. We’re not particularly fussed about this. The children are happy and staff really nice and caring which is what matters most in the end!

August 4, 2021 at 12:00 amOur daughter loves goes to nursery and we never have any trouble getting her through the door. She is always full of beans and happy when we come to pick her up. The staff clearly care and make each day full of fun.
Some of the communication could be improved. I still don’t know if my daughter has a key worker and if she does who it is, it seems to change without notification.

August 5, 2021 at 12:00 amOur son has really enjoyed his time at this nursery since he was 11 months old, all the way through to being ready for school. He has blossomed and this is thanks to the nurturing staff, many of whom he has formed close bonds with. He has made great friends here and has so many fond memories and experiences.

August 23, 2021 at 12:00 amAll the staff we have come across have been lovely. I have been frustrated with the lack of consistency and comms regarding moving up a class, would have thought these comms would come from management. Better care could have been taken regarding the Covid outbreak in December. A curtain in preschool wasn’t really separating bubbles. Some concern over discipline approach in pre-school, as my child has repeated some of the details – sending to baby room threat?

October 22, 2021 at 12:00 amMy son really seems to have settled very well at the nursery and has a great relationship with his key worker, who is really helpful every day. I’d love to see and hear more about the activities the children are doing during the day! That would be my only suggestion.

We had and are having a great experience with our eldest child who has been going to nursery since 2018. And our second child just started at the Babies Room. Staff are extremely caring and always very friendly.

October 25, 2021 at 12:00 amOur brief experience so far with Forest Hill Montessori Nursery has been a good one. The registration process, visit and the settling-in period has been very smooth and reassuring. As a first-time mum who is nervous about leaving her daughter for the first time, the whole process has been great. The manager has been very good at communicating with me and making me feel like my daughter is in safe and caring hands.

February 25, 2022 at 12:00 amThe recent change in new staff and management has seen a fantastic diverse lead team. Through feedback and activities such as baking on Wednesday and local trips to the co-op have been fantastic for our little one’s development. Our daughter’s key worker has worked tirelessly to create a warm and fantastic bond with our daughter. New management has been very considerate to any ongoing concerns.

August 11, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son loves going to nursery, the majority of the staff are lovely and very caring. He always has lots of fun. We would appreciate better communication and more details of the daily activities or progress of learning. But overall, we are happy with the nursery.

His key person is very loving. He has developed so much since he started here. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

May 18, 2023 at 12:00 amMy child has recently started in the baby room. I was really nervous about leaving them, but all the staff made me feel at ease. They were extremely friendly and supportive with my worries. Although there was initially a few tears at drop off time, I was pleasantly surprised at how happy they were when I came to pick them up. This has made me feel comfortable leaving them now I am returning to work.

June 18, 2023 at 12:00 amForest Hill Montessori was recommended to us and we’ve had an excellent experience with the nursery so far. Staff, particularly in the baby room, have all be warm and caring and have made every effort to make my child feel safe and comfortable since joining in early May. We receive updates on their meals, sleep, activities and nappy changes on pick up along with pictures and updates through the app and via a newsletter each week. Overall, though settling in has had its challenges, we have felt supported throughout and are very happy with our choice of nursery.
