September 8, 2024 at 4:52 amI would say the employee turnover is somewhat concerning mainly for the reasons of consistency for the kids, trust from parents and job satisfaction for childcare centre practitioners. I do not actually currently know who my kid’s key worker is or each practitioner’s name that comes in to contact with my kid and their educational level. I would say this is because I’ve not been introduced formally to new team. In relation to feedback, the discovering book could be somewhat more personalised to the kid rather than extracts from the Early Discovering Foundation Stage, although I do see the benefits of referring back to this. I think this problem is more to do with staffing levels than a fault of the practitioners as they are highly competent. I would suggest this childcare centre, I just sense that there is consistently room for improvement. I have noticed great development in my kid’s development since being at Footsteps Childcare centre & Pre School (Fazeley), which I do think is as a result of mixing with other kids and the education provided by the setting.

September 16, 2024 at 4:50 amI can consistently see in her face how cheerful she is there and this brings me excellent pleasure knowing she is well looked after while her moms at work. I would highly suggest it. My excellent-niece attends footsteps Fazeley and when she comes to visit me, she’s consistently talking about how much enjoyable she has had and all the exciting activities she gets involved with.

September 18, 2024 at 3:51 amThe activities consistently look engaging and exciting and my daughter often talks about her day at childcare centre, she especially loves the cookery club she does. The outdoor setting is a lovely setting with lots to do. My daughter loves the food that the cook makes and will often eat more than one plate of food at lunchtime, there is a highly great variety day to day. Nothing is too much trouble for the team.

October 3, 2024 at 9:27 pmThey go out of their way to ensure they get to know you as parents as well as your kid. The food is remarkable and even with our kid having an allergy never goes without. They host sessions in which you can join your kid at childcare centre to complete activities which is a truly lovely touch. We highly suggest Footsteps to all our friends and family. The team are remarkable, so compassionate and attentive.

October 30, 2024 at 5:36 pmAs first time parents we had never left our little boy with anyone other than family so we were understandably highly nervous. Footsteps Childcare centre (Fazeley) were incredible from his first settle. The girls were reassuring, welcoming and welcoming. They all made us sense so comfortable leaving our baby and we haven’t looked back since. The girls plan exciting activities for him and he has so much enjoyable. Our son’s key person cares for him while he is at childcare centre and he has his own daily routine in Babies which we adore. Thank you Footsteps Fazeley we can’t thank you enough! My little boy started in July 2020 aged 6 months.

She has come on so much with her speech and self‑assurance she now can count to 10, knows all her colours. All my friends and family comment on how clever she is. I just want to thank all the girls that look after her for all the hard effort they have put into an incredible job. My daughter has been at the childcare centre for nearly a year now she is currently in rising 3s.

December 7, 2024 at 8:12 amMy little girl started in March this year after going to a childminder which didn’t work out how we planned to. I was truly worried about how she would cope in a busier setting and a faster-paced setting. From viewing the childcare centre to today all of the ladies have been nothing short of incredible, the adore and attention they give all of the kids in their care is immeasurable. I know that when I leave my daughter in their care she has the best day possible, they provide reassurance, education and so much enjoyable and that’s all a parent could wish for. Going back to work, especially after your first kid is hard but just knowing my little girl is having an incredible time in the care of these fantastic ladies fills me with so much reassurance. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending Footsteps and I’d encourage anyone to book in for an open day! I genuinely can’t thank the Footsteps Fazeley team more if I tried.

I suggest Footsteps Childcare centre Fazeley and I’m truly cheerful with the service. Thank you! My Grandson comes to this childcare centre 5 days a week, it’s such a joy to see him walk in and be cheerful.

At the weekends she is consistently talking about childcare centre and she is consistently excited to go in. My niece absolutely loves coming to the childcare centre at Footsteps Fazeley!

We adore hearing what she has been doing each day and seeing her observations on the discovering app. Our daughter loves the leam, especially her key worker. February 4, 2025 at 4:58 amYou can see how much the team adore the kids and how invested they are in their overall wellbeing and development. My son has been at Footsteps since June 2021 and his development in that time is incredible and all of that is due to the childcare centre. I have nothing but praise for all the team. my son loves going to childcare centre and he loves the team who look after him. So much so, he talks about them at home. it will be a sad day when the time comes to say goodbye. Since day one, I have been more than cheerful with the standard of care the childcare centre have provided my son.

April 4, 2025 at 12:01 amThe team are so lovely and welcoming and the handovers I have received from the girls in the room were so detailed and it was lovely knowing how well my kid was getting on after only starting a couple of months ago and how far she has come since being there! I have picked up my niece a few times from baby room at Footsteps Fazeley Childcare centre & Pre-School and I must say it is by far the best childcare centre I have seen!

The daily activities are consistently enjoyable and engaging for the kids and the online profiles are exceptional so I get to see what he has been up to while I’m working which is consistently warming to see. Definitely worth every penny! My son started childcare centre in September and I couldn’t be happier with the baby room team.

Both of the kids have thrived since being there and I truly sense passionate that is because of the team. They have helped them grow into fantastic little people who adore interacting with both adults and kids. The childcare centre does different themed days and activities, so each day they come out having done something different which is just lovely! I am kept up to date with anything the kids have done throughout the day and the team are cheerful for me to call with any questions. Thanks guys! Our twins have attended the childcare centre since June 2020 after their last childcare centre closed.

She does lots of enjoyable and different activities which she truly enjoys. She loves all of the baby room team and holds her arms out to them every morning which is highly reassuring for me. Would highly suggest this childcare centre! My daughter is in the baby room and she loves her two days a week she’s in childcare centre.

Our daughter has come on in leaps and bounds since joining Footsteps Fazeley and the team supports us through every step of her journey too. From daily verbal feedback to physical reports detailing everything from food, nappies, and even behaviour, the team at Footsteps Fazeley have been incredible. Keep it up guys, your doing excellent, and can’t wait to watch our daughter grow further with your assistance! My daughter has been here since she was 9 months old and to say the team have gone above and beyond is a massive understatement!

The activities are exceptional and the food stellar. Both my kids adore going to this childcare centre and I would highly suggest it. All members of the team including management, assistance team, the chef and lunchtime supervisors all provide the best possible service. Footsteps Fazeley is a remarkable childcare centre.
