Footsteps Dosthill Nursery & Pre-School

She has absolutely loved her time with all the team from baby room all the way through to preschool. The girls provide outstanding care and they provide her with the best experiences. She has become a confident and independent little girl who is ready to take on her new chapter at school and that is thanks to the fantastic team at Footsteps Dosthill Childcare centre and Pre-School. I honestly couldn’t thank them enough. Every single person that is involved with the childcare centre provides nothing but an outstanding service and I know my daughter is going to miss them all so much. Thank you Footsteps Dosthill Childcare centre and Pre-School for giving my daughter the best start to her education journey. My daughter is coming to the end of her Footsteps Dosthill Childcare centre and Pre-School journey and I am heartbroken about it.

The room workers consistently keep us up to date on our daughter’s development and give details of areas of improvement so we know what to practice at home. Our daughter’s eating habits, general speech and attention have all drastically improved whilst she has been attending Footsteps. She is consistently keen to go to the childcare centre and truly likes all of the room workers who are welcoming and patient. Everyone is highly welcoming and made our daughter sense highly at ease right away when she joined the childcare centre.

The team knows and understands kids’s development and how to assistance in helping kids to hit those milestones. Team are welcoming and patient and encourage parents to openly communicate which helps build positive relationships. Daily updates about my kid’s day is something I look forward to and they truly take the time to go through his day, ensuring they encourage a range of skills to be explored through different activities. I am so pleased with our first journey of the childcare centre, so thank you! My son started at Footsteps in Dosthill at 7 months old and not even two weeks in, I could see so much developmental.

All team are compassionate, considerate, empathetic and passionate in their roles. My kid has developed quickly from being in her childcare centre setting – discovering new skills, playing with new toys, experiencing new styles of playtime and interacting confidently with other adults and other kids. Highly cheerful with the care my kid is receiving, she seems cheerful at drop-off now she has settled.

She settled in highly quickly and is highly cheerful to go each morning. She loves the team there and already we can see her development in the few months she has been there. The team clearly adore their jobs and put their heart into everything they do there. Everyone welcomes you with a smile and as a parent you know you are leaving your kid in a secure, loving setting. Our second kid is now at this childcare centre and we could not be happier.

The team seem highly welcoming and compassionate, which is truly reassuring when you’re leaving your baby in their care. I like the food menu, it is highly varied and my son consistently enjoys his meals. My son was walking within 4 weeks of starting at this childcare centre which I’ve no doubt helped him with his development.

Overall I like this childcare centre and would suggest it. My son has been coming to this childcare centre since December 2021, he loves coming here and there are no tears of a morning.

Couldn’t thank Rising 3s enough for the seaport in helping her with her discovering and also her nutrition. We can see she also truly enjoys going to the childcare centre and enjoys spending time with her tutors. Thanks again Rising 3s. Just had a parent’s evening – truly cheerful with the information given.

It’s fantastic seeing my daughter get excited about going to childcare centre here. The educators truly make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a highly individualised way. The management are truly committed to providing a secure, enjoyable, and loving setting and we’re highly thankful to team for all their hard work. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since moving into their room. Her speech is incredible and her self‑assurance has grown so much. I also need to thank the whole team for all their hard work and the effort they put in, nothing is ever too hard and my kid is consistently greeted with a smile. Incredible team with a big heart and attentive mindset.

Our kid absolutely adores all the team in the baby room at this childcare centre and every morning, he smiles so much when he sees them.

The childcare centre team consistently ensure there are a variety of daily activities for our son to do and his developmental milestones have all been met, largely due to his time at childcare centre.

We have been particularly impressed with how this childcare centre has nurtured his self‑assurance in terms of being around others (concern for us as he has grown up in Covid times)

As parents, we are pleased with the safeguarding and updates that the team have with us.
