January 29, 2025 at 3:26 amHe loves the outdoor space and forest school in the holidays. My son attended childcare centre until he went to school and now attends after school club. He likes walking to the village and visiting the church, seeing all the things for remembrance day. I am truly cheerful with the low team turnover and how welcoming everyone is. They prepared my son for school so he was confident enough to go on his first day.

February 20, 2025 at 5:46 amStaff turnover is low and the carers are brilliant with all the kids. My daughter thoroughly loves her time at this childcare centre. We go to work knowing she is secure and secure and having the best time! Her key worker consistently contacts me if any issues even the smallest of things so I’m reassured all the time that she is well looked after! We have had all 3 kids at Footsteps and would definitely never go anywhere else! The older 2 look back with fond memories.

March 9, 2025 at 7:26 amThe team are attentive and thoughtful, they knew both my grandchildren and were supported & loved by the team in Pre School. Both my grandchildren have been through Footsteps Day Nursery in Chalfont St Peter and the care they’ve both received has been excellent.

Staff are absolutely incredible and truly take into consideration the time and patience with the kids who attend. Fantastic outcome overall, and consistently have a cheerful boy when coming home from childcare centre. Thank you to all the team that have helped me with him.

May 12, 2025 at 5:51 pmMany friends recommended this childcare centre while others say it’s gone downhill since the manager arrived. Don’t be fooled! Some lovely team, however, there are some very incompetent team who don’t seem to have a clue or be honest when my kid gets hurt and when I approached the manager with my concerns she shrugged it off or provides me with an inconsistent story. I know from others that she has worked with some members of team for some years but surely my concerns about kids’s welfare and safety should take priority? If the manager is flippant then she shouldn’t be in charge. It’s a shame as the facilities are great, excellent location with lots of outdoor space, not far from home but just can’t trust her to take my concerns seriously and would definitely rather favour her “friends” over safety.
