Flower Pots Nursery and Pre-school St George

My son’s speech has come on so much since starting. Didn’t ever need to worry about the safety or well-being of my youngster. He now knows his colours and can count to 5 and knows all the numbers to 10 although not all the numbers are in the correct order which he could not do before joining in July. Could not fault the girls in the toddler room, my little one adores the girls and even talks about them at home. Amazing nursery setting, Lovely layout and beautiful place.

My girl has been with the nursery setting for just over a year she started in the baby room and has come on so much and has settled really the team are all lovely and caring and always put the kids 1st such a lovely team and early‑years hub

We cherish seeing the updates in Learning Book too. We can tell our youngsters have formed strong bonds with their key person and the wider team already! We can see that in just a few weeks our youngsters have developed and learnt new competences. Staff work incredibly hard to keep all those in their attention safe and delighted. The settling in period was a tough adjustment for us, and one of our little ones in particular; we were really supported with this and after a few sessions, they enjoy going to the nursery setting. There seem to be lots of different activities on offer and the little ones spend lots of time out in the lovely garden.

I was exceptionally nervous about leaving my little one at early‑years hub but my mind was soon put at ease and I am really delighted with the activities on offer. They are also coping well with the covid-19 situation and I feel reassured by the measures they have in place. My youngster really enjoys coming to nursery setting and the crew are cordial. They do so much here I could never do at home, and I am exceptionally thrilled with the quality of care.

Have and will continue to suggest this early‑years hub to others. Really thrilled with the early‑years hub especially their handling of the current situation and how they’ve still managed to maintain a healthy and positive setting for the little ones.

One frustration I have is with the “learning book” system and often feel I would like to have more updates but the system seems to be constantly not working. The little ones have developed in confidence since starting at Flower Pots and are always excited about their days there. Very responsive team, always answer emails and requests promptly. I feel truly relieved to know the team will respond to the children’s emotional needs and the personnel have always fed back if the kids have had a hard day and needed support.

The kids adore her! My young lad has been there since he was 9 months old although there has been a lot of personnel come and go I couldn’t honestly ask for anyone better to look after my little one. My little girl joins the baby room and I was truly nervous about sending her into a childcare centre as any mother, and the girls have just made this settling in process so easy my young lady absolutely treasures the girls. Even though observations are not all the time the girls genuinely attention for the youngsters and give them that time and attention and for me that means everything to know my youngster is protected and comfortable with the girls. My baby girl goes to the childcare centre as my older boy. One member of crew, in particular, is his absolute world sometimes he even wants to go home with her! All round we couldn’t pick a better childcare centre for our little ones. She has turned that pre-school room into a safe and homey space for the kids! The personnel throughout the nursery setting are kind.

I’m really glad we chose this early‑years hub, and I have already recommended it to lots of local families. They also absorb the routines of working in small groups, having circle time, and sitting down to have meals with their friends. It feels like the new management team has brought a breath of fresh air and some great new ideas. The baby room has a brilliant variety of activities including messy playtime, art and craft, and lots of toys for encouraging physical and language skill progress. My little ones (1.5yrs and 4yrs) cherish their days at Flower Pots Nursery. The team are so warm and cordial, they always have smiles on their faces and greet every little one by name. The preschool youngsters are encouraged to playtime and absorb with curiosity. The preschool space really does build kids up ready for school – it may sound daft to say – but I’ve seen my eldest thrive and change so much in the past year.

We have had our kids there for over 3 years now and we will always advocate them. The activities and discovering methods that they use really encourage youngsters to come out of their shells and explore more. My kids treasure going there and come home equally thrilled. The crew are remarkable and they have really helped my kids gain confidence. Both my kids go there and I cannot suggest them enough. Excellent early‑years hub!

I would endorse this nursery setting to anyone who is looking for a daycare setting where the little ones are the number 1 priority. I am extremely delighted with her support at Flower Pots Nursery and the team there go over and above to ensure my little one is well looked after and developing as she should be. My 11-month-old girl currently joins Flowerpots Nursery 2 days per week and absolutely adores it.
