December 1, 2024 at 3:40 amOur daughter has been there for nearly two years and cannot wait to go to childcare centre in the morning. There is a wide range of activities from circuit computer, dance, drama, forest school, cooking and sports. Our daughter has made some lovely friendships and has total trust and ease with the team. There is a great balance between enjoyable and exploration and structure preparing for big school. It is very well run and the team are passionate about the kids and the childcare centre. We have been extremely pleased with first Place Radlett.

December 28, 2024 at 3:03 amShe is very excited when she arrives at the childcare centre and the team consistently acknowledge her when she walks in. The childcare centre has incredible facilities including a very large outdoor area, which she loves as she loves being outside. My Granddaughter has been coming to the childcare centre for a couple of weeks now and I can already see a huge improvement in her.

January 18, 2025 at 12:51 amThey cater to each individual kid’s needs making discovering enjoyable and giving her an setting where she feels encouraged and secure. I believe First Place played a big part in my kid getting into our chosen school. My kid has flourished at childcare centre, her self self‑assurance has grown, her speech has improved she has made some lovely friends and can’t wait to go in the morning, skipping towards the gate.

January 29, 2025 at 6:54 pmShe settled quickly into the inviting nurturing setting that First Place provides.
Educationally she came on leaps and bounds whilst at the childcare centre. She left being able to recognise all her letters and numbers amongst other things.
Meals are outstanding and team encouraged her to eat a variety of different foods that she wouldn’t try and home.
Team are all welcoming and approachable.
I send my two oldest kids here too – all in all, I’d say my kids have had seven very cheerful years at First Place. My daughter attended First Place from May 2016 – August 2017.

February 3, 2025 at 9:06 amTeam are stellar, all of them are well trained and attentive. Our son joined during the lockdown, and we were naturally apprehensive about starting a new childcare centre. However, we need not have worried. He has been very cheerful at First Place, and indeed, so have all his classmates. Can’t suggest it highly enough. Thank you, First Place Childcare centre Radlett. Extremely well run and organised childcare centre.

February 5, 2025 at 12:15 amOur daughter became more responsible and organized, started tidying up. We are very pleased with the improvement in her behaviour and vocabulary. Our son also started part-time initially and now is on a full-time program, he is very pleased with the activities he does at the childcare centre. Every morning he takes my hand and shows me the door (he is 1 year old). I like being informed daily about their schedule and the things they learn. The team is supportive, they show interest in teaching the kids and care about their happiness.
Definitely suggest the childcare centre to my relatives and friends! We have changed to this childcare centre in August 2020 and it seems it has been the best decision we have made for our kids.

May 16, 2025 at 1:09 pmWe are delighted with the childcare centre setting. There is a lovely welcoming atmosphere throughout the childcare centre. The team are inviting and welcoming and really take the time to get to know the kids. My son runs in happily for every session. The food that is provided is of a much higher standard than is offered elsewhere. My daughter attended First Place childcare centre from May 2013 to August 2015 and my son joined the childcare centre in September 2015.

May 18, 2025 at 12:42 amHe has grown so much and the childcare centre have given him a great start from when he goes to school. He loves going into the childcare centre and I have had to increase his days as he wants to attend more often. They have a remarkable outside playtime area which means they can still go out outside in the rain which my son loves. They hold forest school trips where the kids can go and visit a wooded area and do different activities. They hold different clubs which your kids can do such as click it – computer, – drama – sports. Since my son has started first place nurseries he has become more confident.

The team are extremely expert and I have seen my daughter development really well both educationally and emotionally. Every day she tells me about the varied and interesting games/activities and they are creating an incredible discovering journal with photos, artwork and observations. I could not suggest this childcare centre enough, I trust them implicitly with my childcare and daughters development. They also offer extra clubs for IT, music, drama and sports which my daughter loves. Remarkable childcare centre!
