September 15, 2024 at 4:52 amWe have consistently felt that our kids were not only well looked after, but that they had a genuine bond with their educators/carers. Everyone we encountered from the carers to chefs and management are lovely, welcoming and welcoming. Both kids have bounced into childcare centre every day with a big smile, excited for the day ahead. It’s very reassuring to know they are so cheerful there and well looked after while we are at work. Both my kids attended Fennies and I would highly suggest this childcare centre.

The team are absolutely fantastic and so supportive of helping and ensuring my kid will have met his needs. They have a fantastic, newly refurbished garden and my kid is cheerful to run in every day. They have a great variety of food on their menu. I am so pleased with this childcare centre and will fully suggest. Fennies is an absolutely fantastic childcare centre.

October 30, 2024 at 8:12 amMy daughter has been there from 15 months (she is now 32 months) and has been in the baby room, toddler room and now pre-school room and she absolutely loved each class and teacher she had. My husband and I felt that everyone in Fennies has been taking care to develop our daughter and has adapted to her needs. The childcare centre also feels secure, spotless and welcoming, there is even some free coffee and tea for parents in the morning and fruits and water for kids. incredible childcare centre!

November 4, 2024 at 12:41 pmThe team made me sense so comfortable during the settling-in process taking the time to answer my many questions. The childcare centre is lovely especially their outside space, and the kids are provided with such a vast range of discovering experiences. I adore the use of tapestry, being able to see pictures of what my little girl has been doing during the day is so lovely, she is very there. My daughter joined the childcare centre at 7 months old and the care she has received has been incredible.

November 11, 2024 at 1:12 amOur kid is cared for by her experiences motivated childcare centre team in a positive, compassionate discovering setting. My only concern which has not been addressed is that email updates about our kid is only sent to 1 parent, not both (payment account information only needs one parent). Can this please be reviewed and addressed so mothers and fathers are included. Fennies Addiscombe Road is an outstanding childcare centre.

Definitely suggest! Lovely team and they do a lot of different and stimulating activities.

She was very cheerful there and still is. She loves playing and she developed excellent updates skills also.
I leave her there knowing she will be well looked after and has loads fo enjoyable. After having a bad journey in another childcare centre, I was worried how my baby would sense.

March 14, 2025 at 5:10 pmI have never felt apprehensive in any way about his welfare, happiness, diet etc. The team are all incredible and so attentive. I’m consistently so impressed at all the activities they do. So much creative playtime and fantastic ways of discovering. Weather permitting they can burn energy in the garden which my son loves. You get excellent feedback from the team and also the app is really great as it keeps you connected to what they are up to through lots of enjoyable photos. You can also see what they have eaten etc. Overall I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough! My toddler has been going to Fennies in Addiscombe since he turned 1 and he absolutely loves it.

May 8, 2025 at 9:56 amMy son is super excited every morning! It is a spotless, organised place and they are very great with communicating and responding to both emails and phone calls. I sense comfortable in asking questions and consistently get the best advice from the educators for my son’s development. They are very active on the app, sharing loads of activities and meal ideas. They also offer a fresh meal collection service, which is ideal for a single working mum like me. Special thank you to two members of team. I highly suggest. We are very cheerful with Fennies at Addiscombe Road, Croydon.

May 27, 2025 at 8:36 amHe started later than I had planned due to lockdown so I was very worried about how he would settle. My older son had been at Fennies since he was 8 months old and loved his time there so Fennies was consistently my first choice. The team are remarkable and my son soon settled. Every day when I drop him off he is greeted with cheerful and smiling faces. When I collect him each day, he greets me beaming and full of self‑assurance and I know all of the team in his room have made his day cheerful and special. His development has come along such a long way since he joined and the activities and outside space there are exceptional. I can’t suggest them enough. Thank you to Fennies for all of the adore and care you provide. My son has been at Fennies since September 2020.

June 27, 2025 at 5:43 amthe team are expert and welcoming and give you detailed updates each day with what your kid has been up to and enjoyed. They provide a variety of different foods at mealtimes and have a nice garden for them to playtime in. My son has been going to this childcare centre since he was 1 years old and very much enjoys it here.
