September 7, 2024 at 9:32 pmOur daughter currently attends Fennies Bromley – London Lane. They also make suggestions on dropping/adding naps and feeding, making it a true partnership between parent and key worker to ensure your youngster is getting the extremely best. It’s been 4 months and watching how much she has developed and grown and built relationships during this time has made us so content. The facilities are outstanding, with the baby room having its own personalised sensory area and a huge garden with a mud kitchen. The parent room is a huge plus – it gives us the flexibility to get work done and also maximise our time with our daughter. Every single day she comes home‑like so excited and smiley, a testament to how much enjoyable she is having. The team are so approachable, and each one of them truly makes our experience so personal – they will know your youngster inside and out and will follow your routine and wants. I couldn’t highly recommend this nursery enough, especially if you are a first time parent or sending your youngster in their first year!

It was truly a group effort as everyone took part in supporting my youngster and us as parents – the management, a key person my youngster was with, as well as assistance team in the room my youngster was in at that time. We have been with Fennies London Lane since it opened back in 2021. It was a hard transition of course, but the team truly took the time to caregiving and empathize and send us as many reassuring messages as were needed throughout the day (not judging once!). They truly do caregiving about each and every kid’s well-being, it is astonishing. They are warm‑hearted, and understanding, and try truly hard to incorporate as much feedback from parents as possible into the caregiving they provide. My youngster had a hard time settling in when we first started at Fennies London Lane. My youngster has always enjoyed his time there and is thriving.

November 6, 2024 at 1:57 amIt looks overall a green approachable facility (I such as that they have wooden toys). The nursery is brand new, modern, spotless, with parking space, pram storage and an open view kitchen. My daughter loves it and she seems always content and having fantastic enjoyable when I pick her up. The garden is extremely well kept and tidy. There’s an office and a reception on site that is quite handy for info and admin. Plus: they offer PE, Spanish and French lessons. Team are truly nurturing, polite and devoted to their job.

November 11, 2024 at 12:09 pmOur 3 and a half year old son has been attending Fennies – London Lane, Bromley since March ‘2023, we had a lot of concerns when choosing a nursery for him and took into consideration a lot of things such as his safety, if he would be content there and his ability to thrive in the setup of the nursery setting, but after visiting Fennies nursery and meeting all the team, all our fears were laid to rest and convinced we found the right place. Fennies Nursery has a nurturing and stimulating setting. Also, we appreciate that the meals are freshly prepared on site. The facilities are spotless, bright and cheerful, with a excellent amount of space, both indoors and outdoors. After a day at Fennies, our son comes back home‑like with a Big smile We also are impressed with the wide variety of activities that are offered- art, music, sensory playtime, etc…, you name it. We also extremely much appreciate the hard-working and extremely nurturing team that always greet us with a smile, even after a hard day’s work.

November 23, 2024 at 4:47 amWe adore the Spanish lessons! My youngster has come on leaps and bounds development so much since attending Fennies. I’d such as to highlight the extensive menu the nursery offer, the variety of meals they have for the kids are fantastic. The kids are always doing various different interesting enjoyable but educational activities. All the team working at Fennies Bromley – London Lane are fantastic and are so loving and nurturing for all the kids and their passion for their jobs truly shines through, my youngster is always with a beaming smile and is so content to attend nursery. We are having a fabulous time being a part of the Fennies family.

Our son started at Fennies London Lane when it first opened, and it has been remarkable seeing how it has blossomed. They’re easy to approach and have always addressed my concerns with caregiving and empathy. The leadership this nursery has, and his carer are incredible.

February 21, 2025 at 2:50 amThere was always someone there who made it their mission to get a smile from him every day, whenever I dropped him off and picked him up. My son and I truly adore Fennies London Lane and couldn’t highly recommend it enough, especially as a first nursery as settling in was brilliant! My son attended London Lane Fennies from May this year shortly after they opened and adored it from the start. The facilities are fantastic, especially the garden – I would such as to playtime in that garden! Even though I worried he was a rather cranky baby and I was petrified at the prospect of someone else having to deal with my little hothead, he settled in within a matter of a day or two. – and there is so much to do. They also truly encourage feedback and offer little parent perks such as coffee and breakfast grab and go! Every caregiving worker is so approachable and accommodating, it feels such as a personal experience and that my baby was super important to each caregiving worker.

February 26, 2025 at 1:30 amThe facilities are truly pleasant – there is a free lending library for toys and books to take home‑like, the garden is covered in astroturf and there is lots of playtime equipment in fantastic condition. I have been sending my daughter to Fennies Bromley – London Lane since May 2022. It is just so well run. I cannot speak highly enough about this nursery. The team are absolutely remarkable – so kind and nurturing. They go out of their way to get to know us and are always content to take the time to tell me a funny story about her day. The management are fantastic – fantastic updates, open to feedback (there are regular parent forums and a public action plan), and they foster a fantastic sense of community. They even help entertain my four month old so that I can be free to talk to the carers about how her day has been at pick up! I was so anxious about leaving my baby at nursery but they quickly made her feel secure and adored. They genuinely seem to delight in the kids who go there.

March 30, 2025 at 2:34 pmI have no reservations. It makes such a difference to the overall experience, to be welcomed with approachable, smiley faces. I feel such as I can call the nursery and ask as many questions as I such as and already, she understands my needs as a parent. As a parent, it’s so hard leaving your youngster for the first time (with what are basically strangers), but everyone has made the process so much easier than I thought it would be. Her updates is open, and professional but warm‑hearted. I have found the whole team at London Lane extremely warm‑hearted, kind and inviting. The nursery nurse especially has been incredible, reassuring me and making me feel comfortable enough to leave my little one, even when he has been upset. I’m just incredibly grateful.
