Fennies Nursery Bromley - Blyth Road

We will be forever grateful for the assistance provided through those first few weeks that now means our daughter is content and thriving, which we know will continue for the whole time she is there. Our daughter required some additional assistance when she started and this was identified immediately by the nursery manager and was dealt with to such a elevated standard. We have told friends and family about the resources and “above and beyond” attention provided for our daughter and all have never heard of a nursery providing this type of incredible service. Our daughter’s key worker is absolutely remarkable and is so kind and loving with our daughter and gives us all of the information and assistance we could want. This nursery truly is a unique find and I am so grateful to them for all they are doing. Our daughter started Fennies in Sept 21 and we have been incredibly taken aback by how outstanding all the team have been.

The team know my son’s interests, they observe him and create a truly excellent partnership with us as parents. The team are truly flexible and easy to talk to. He was truly young and it was not easy for me as a first-time mum. My son is always content to go and playtime in the room. The team responded to my fears and anxieties. Fennies also provides extra services that my partner and I truly enjoy such as zoom class or fresh and nutritious food to order. Every day when I leave my youngster at Fennies, I know he is going to spend a fantastic day with the explorers and I go to work truly reassured! My son has started with Fennies since he was 6 months old in the Explorers room. I can tell that they have helped him to grow up so well by providing fantastic activities. The activities that they provide in the room have added to my now one-year-old’s growth, and experience of development and exploring. When I first met the team I felt welcomed and reassured. In the baby room, the team are passionate and always enthusiastic.

I have had total peace with my youngster being in their caregiving over the years. The new manager has been incredible since he started. My daughter has been attending Fennies since she was 19 months, which was truly hard as a new mum. We truly appreciated the changes he brought about such as the continued home‑like development and the mini library system. She loves going in every day and knows everyone in her room by name. She eats more there than she does at home‑like which is a small, sometimes overlooked comfort. He truly hit the ground running and was so accommodating to my requests. Over the course of her time at Fennies she has had three key workers (as this reflected the different rooms/stages) and everyone has been absolutely incredible! Any concerns I may have had were extremely quickly addressed and his updates is 10/10. She is now three and a half and off to the pre-centre of her chosen primary centre. Truly sad to say goodbye.

And was content to move nursery days around for us, with last minute doctor’s appointments. The manager at Fennies, during a extremely difficult time in my daughter’s life, when she had major surgery, he went completely above and beyond to make sure she was looked after, there was a caregiving plan in place, and she had team appointed to look after her. He is extremely much beloved by all the parents, as are the team at Fennies. Working tirelessly.

The team and management have fostered an setting where he absolutely thrives, becoming a confidant and content little boy. Little boy, mum and dad extremely content. The team provide a wide range of activities that he loves and make sure his favourite things are always accessible and adapt as his development and interests progress. My little boy loves Fennies. He has made some fantastic friends there at a truly early age.

Fennies Bromley is a fantastic place for our son to develop and develop. I would highly highly recommend Fennies Bromley as a nursery for in the Bromley area. The team are so approachable and inviting and the senior management are also extremely hands-on which means they understand the kids at a extremely personal level.

They regularly keep you updated with your youngster’s progress and send pictures and videos to capture memorable moments. She has truly developed over the last few months, particularly in her speech and confidence amongst her peers. Our youngster has come on leaps and bounds, and her exposure to the offering provided by Fennies is most definitely a contributing factor that we are extremely pleased with. Fennies is a secure, enjoyable and encouraging setting for our daughter. Furthermore, the facilities and team are first class; always a pleasure to see and speak to. We are so pleased that we chose Fennies as the nursery goes above and beyond to ensure our youngster is comfortable as well as ease the anxieties we had as first-time parents sending our youngster to the setting.

All my calls and queries have been answered and I am so confident that our son is being well looked after and enjoying his new setting. Thank you all so much for looking after my lifeline! I had noticed that our son had been extremely confused and shy and timid as a result of his lack of interaction with kids his age. Since coming to Fennies Bromley he is not the same youngster! Living proof that not all heroes wear capes. From the extremely first day I have been supported by the team in ensuring that our son is settling and developing well. I’d personally such as to thank his key person for giving him the extra attention he needs and the manager and deputy manager for putting up with my constant emails and calls… and even the parents too for raising such delightful and inviting kids and all the team at Fennies Bromley! Words cannot begin to describe how worried I have been in the upcoming months with having a baby growing up in the time of Covid.

The updates and updates are so supportive for an anxious Mum such as myself, the app has been fantastic, making it so easy for me to keep up to date on my baby’s day. The meals are interesting and cover a range of flavours and textures and he truly enjoys them. My youngster was only 8 months when I went back to work so I was truly anxious, but the team did all they could to help ease us in. I can’t thank the team enough for helping us to get into a new routine as a family and they’ve been nothing but supportive and supportive, I truly can’t highly recommend Fennies Bromley enough! I could hardly get my baby to nap at home‑like and he naps regularly (sometimes dummy free!) at Fennies. My youngster started at Fennies Bromley in April 2021 and I have been so impressed with the settling in process! His growth seems to have come on leaps and bounds and he’s become such an adventurous baby. We had only truly started to introduce 3 meals when he started nursery and he eats incredibly well, even better than at home‑like.

Thank you guys! After an awful experience with a previous nursery, Fennies Bromley has truly made me feel confident and trusting. I feel they truly caregiving about their job, the parents and the kids in their caregiving. The team are all delightful! Management is fantastic, they know exactly what is going on with every youngster, remember every youngster’s name and what room they are in.
