Felicity's Fledglings

My son has attended since opening and he has opportunities doing so, too many to list. Parents and staff are invested in with lots of opportunities for socialisation and education. So many improvements to the building and equipment have been made in his time here. What it lacks in outdoor space is more than made up for by enthusiasm for getting the children out in the local community, preschool have just started using a local forest school. He is always so happy to attend and is welcomed by enthusiastic staff. He has a hot lunch and eats things he would not touch at home.
He has medical needs and SEND which are extremely well catered for by working with other professionals and in partnership with us. This is a place I always feel listened to and supported. Use of family app has made good communication even more efficient and allows us to share news and achievements at home easily as well as receive news and observations. He has been given a good start here, would highly recommend.

What a fantastic nursery, my son can be difficult at times, but the manger and her staff are brilliant with him and support his needs when he struggles to adapt. This was my first time using a nursery as I’ve previously used a childminder. I can honestly say the change in him is fab, he loves going to nursery and he has formed such a bond with several of the staff. I’m also always accommodated for last minute, which is a total lifesaver. Thank you all.

Can’t recommend this nursery enough. This is my little girls third nursery and she absolutely loves it. All the staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful and she is learning something new every time. She is so much more confident now. All the little extras they do (park visits, afternoon teas, Christmas plays) is wonderful. I would not go anywhere else now. If you are very nervous about leaving your child, don’t be, this nursery is amazing.

My little one goes to Fledglings and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. Every single staff member makes you feel welcome and at ease. The staff are always so polite and helpful, my little one has come on leaps and bounds and this is definitely due to coming to this nursery. I can’t ever imagine her not going and when the time comes for her to go to school this household will be very sad. To the manager and staff, please please don’t ever change you guys are amazing.

After an awful experience at another nursery, I changed to this nursery. Right from the start, they were very helpful and understanding of what myself and my three and four-year-old boys had been through with their previous nursery. This nursery is fantastic, my boys love it there, they have an amazing connection with the staff there and are always so happy to be going. I could not recommend this nursery enough, the best thing I have done.

I don’t have a bad word to say about this nursery, it’s absolutely amazing and my daughter loves coming here. The staff are all so lovely and very welcoming towards the children and also work extremely hard, they are all amazing. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Felicity’s Fledglings is a superb nursery. All of the staff are so caring and supportive towards not only the children in their care but the parents as well. My son has been with them for nearly 8 months and he has come on leaps and bounds with them. I have never had to worry about him there. With all the extra anxiety for parents around the pandemic, they have been fantastic about extra safety measures and support for the families as well as the children. Even after moving out of town, I have gone out of my way to keep my son with them, wouldn’t consider putting him anywhere else.

Excellent nursery! We moved our daughter to Felicity Fledgings when she was approx 8 months, as we were not happy with the last one. Our daughter was welcomed into the nursery and made to feel very comfortable, very quickly. The staff are friendly, helpful and are always on hand if we need anything (one lovely lady dropped our daughters’ shoes at our house one evening). Our daughter loves nursery and always comes out with a smile on her face. We get to keep track of how she is doing on our app and it tells us what she has been up to. We are so happy we moved her to Felicity Fledglings, as it is certainly done her the world of good! Thank you to you all.

I have 2 children at Felicity’s, one of my children needs extra support and I feel very well supported and they are doing their best for my child. They also look after my little girl well, I feel I have a good relationship with nursery and any concern they take on board. The staff are lovely and helpful. The staff knows my children very well which is something that makes me very comfortable, they have attended Felicity’s for 2 years and I have no faults.

Felicity’s has been brilliant for my child. I was worried about my child starting a nursery from such a young age (seven months) so I choose for him to go to a childminder. When my child hit two I decided it was time for them to start a nursery and I actually wish now I had chosen for him to join Felicity’s all along. My child has become a lot more verbal since being there in his own way or communication, extremely happy, very eager to get into the building, openly hugging staff and holding their hands. Nine times out of ten he’s outside, showing changes when I have gone to the park. Within weeks they’ve noticed that my child should seek speech and language therapy, as well as coming up with/developing a game for mum and dad and the nursery to both do. In order to help him develop his speech/understanding and hopefully help with my child when in a frustrated state. They’ve also provided me with personal support, understanding how hard it can be sometimes as a mum to juggle work hours and childcare.
