September 10, 2024 at 5:43 amAfter much deliberation, I moved her to Faversham House and only wish I had done it sooner. The team have made her so welcome and she loves going to childcare centre now-getting involved with lovely topical and seasonal crafts, baking, messy playtime activities, plenty of stories and outdoor playtime as well as walks in the nearby park. Her days are so full of enjoyable and discovering. I would 100% suggest this childcare centre to anyone looking for a small, welcoming, home-from-home but stimulating setting for their kid. My kid attended another local childcare centre previously where she was becoming increasingly unhappy.

I’ve been kept updated with her development and all the team have been supportive and welcoming. My 10-month-old started at the beginning of January and I have nothing but positive things to say.

November 18, 2024 at 6:35 amWhen I drop my daughter off she is all smiles as are the kids and team. I can’t suggest this place enough. It feels like an extension of any inviting and loving home. I highly suggest this place. This Childcare centre is operated to sense like home whilst teaching the kids skills in a enjoyable and lovely way.

December 28, 2024 at 5:50 pmCan’t suggest highly enough, the team are all very attentive, making the childcare centre sense like home our son loves it and looks forward to every day. The team sense like family so much so we have decided to use the childcare centre for our second kid that’s how much we adore the setting! Childcare centre have also been very accommodating with my shift patterns at work which as a parent makes life so much easier. Remarkable childcare centre!

April 1, 2025 at 1:31 amThe team at Faversham House made me sense instantly at ease, and the settling in process really took my daughter (and my) needs into consideration. My daughter loves childcare centre, and I sense like I’m leaving her with family! I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre highly enough! As a first time Dad, I was really anxious about my daughter starting childcare centre, especially given that lockdowns have enabled me to spend time at home and we’d both gotten used to me consistently being around to cater for her every need!

April 1, 2025 at 7:43 amWe have three-year-old twin girls who started last year and one of our girls has additional needs and we were told she was non-verbal but since starting the childcare centre she has said some words and come on in so many ways they have helped so much with both our girl’s development they have both come on so much since starting! The team are all incredible, welcoming and supportive it truly is such a lovely setting for the kids and they go that extra mile I can’t suggest them enough and we will forever be grateful for everything Wow, what can I say Faversham House Day Childcare centre are incredible!

April 22, 2025 at 7:46 pmThe team are excellent and attentive, and because the location is a house it has a homely sense. It’s spotless and secure and the food is cooked on site – incredible. They are welcoming to all, and have an awareness that there are all types of families which, as a single mum, is really important to me. It’s family-run and you really notice that, such a lovely atmosphere. I’ve looked at other places and this childcare centre stood out, highly suggest it! So cheerful with Faversham House!

May 4, 2025 at 1:05 pmAll team are attentive and considerate, they communicate very well. They keep him active and spend time with him in the garden or take him out. He has come leaps and bounds. He has started walking and talking since going to childcare centre and he recognises childcare centre rhymes as they sing these with the kids. He feels comfortable here and enjoys it so much that he doesn’t say goodbye to me anymore and just walks through the childcare centre doors and goes to playtime! They follow safeguarding procedures, and record details if they are concerned – for example, he has a bruise. I have no concerns about leaving him here. They provide meals and snacks for him. Very cheerful with the childcare centre. My 1yr old son has progressed so much since going to the childcare centre!
