September 2, 2024 at 10:55 pmJoining the childcare centre was excellent, plenty of settling-in days and contact throughout. Our daughter is consistently cheerful to go in the morning and I’ve never had anything but great things to say about all of the team. All of the team seem to know each of the kids, even those in different rooms, and it’s got such a lovely energy to the place!
They’re often outdoors and they get involved with arts and crafts and other activities. We use reusable nappies at home and the childcare centre have been so accommodating of this from day one.
We couldn’t be happier with the childcare centre! We adore Elm house and so does our daughter.

September 11, 2024 at 5:34 amI was so nervous about leaving him at first, but now he runs in and loves going in to see his friends and the team. He has come on so much and learnt so many new things. The team have consistently kept me up to date with his development and consistently get to see photos of him enjoying himself! The team are highly attentive, attentive and supportive towards me and my son. They have excellent outdoor space and lots of enjoyable activities for the kids. Would suggest this childcare centre to everyone with young kids! My son started Elm house when he was 1 and has been attending for around a year and a half now and he absolutely loves it!

My little girl seems cheerful and settled and we truly appreciate the updates we get from the team on her activities and development and things like stay-and-playtime events. Lovely childcare centre with truly welcoming team.

September 30, 2024 at 2:43 pmOur little boy started in November 2022 and to begin with was quite upset leaving us, the team have all been so loving and excellent with him, making him sense comfortable. They take time to update parents on how their kids are doing which is so reassuring. I absolutely adore their outdoor area where the kids often playtime, there is so much space for them to explore nature. Our little boy comes home with new skills every day, new words, dances and actions. All the team are truly lovely and I sense truly comfortable leaving my little boy in their care. I would highly suggest Elm House Day Childcare centre in Childwall.

October 25, 2024 at 5:27 amIt is clear that the team are trained to a highly high level but consistently seem keen to development their knowledge and understanding and are thoroughly engaging with both the kids and parents. The newly received app is enjoyable and promotes all the excellent activities that our little boy enjoys every day. Elm House Day Childcare centre Childwall is an outstanding childcare centre and we could not suggest this enough. A truly magnificent childcare centre to develop all skills in the most enchanting and inspiring of environments, particularly the outdoor playtime areas (I wish I had an outdoor facility like this when I was growing up!).

The team are all lovely and highly few have left over the five years I have used the childcare centre, giving excellent continuity for the kids. Outstanding care from team, the kids adore the activities and the outdoor space that’s used year-long.

My daughter will be starting in the few weeks and I sense confident she will equally settle quickly and delight in being there. My son has attended Elm House since he was 9 months old and is now 3.

Team are incredible and consistently take the time to update you on the day to day activities and how kids are doing. There are lots of enjoyable activities and discovering opportunities that kids take part in every day. The setting is a lovely building with a fabulous outside area that the kids adore to explore. Elm House Day Childcare centre Childwall is a remarkable childcare centre.

February 11, 2025 at 6:35 amThey take part in lots of enjoyable and educational activities as well as spend lots of time playing in the remarkable outdoor garden which was one of the main reasons I chose Elm House!
Both of my girls are so cheerful to go into childcare centre and have excellent relationships with their carers. Overall we are so pleased we chose Elm House Gateacre. The managers and all the team are so welcoming and welcoming to the girls and know all the kids that attend.

The childcare centre is cheerful to work with you, as a parent/carer, through the more challenging milestones, assistance to both kid and parents alike. The thing that attracted me to the childcare centre was the incredible outdoor space and it does not disappoint. The childcare centre use it in activities to teach the kids about nature and the world around them. Lovely childcare centre and I’m cheerful that my kid attends. This is a childcare centre with a lovely, family sense.

June 30, 2025 at 10:39 amThey have both consistently thoroughly looked forward to going to childcare centre for the day, and I sense they are consistently left in the best of care. I have consistently been kept up to date with all the lovely activities my kids have been up to with their day, which is a huge comfort.
Elm House is a fantastic childcare centre with the added luxury of large, lovely walled gardens for lots of outdoor playtime. My two kids have flourished under the care of Elm House, my eldest attended from 2019 until 2021 before my youngest started attending.
