Excellent childcare centre, welcoming supportive team.

My little boy has been going there since he was one. He’s now 19 months old and the development he has made over those 7 months has been phenomenal. He absolutely loves it there! When I go through the team members’ names of a morning with him, he gets all excited about getting to the door to see which welcoming member of team will greet him that morning. He walks straight in without a care in the world, because he absolutely loves it there! He sometimes doesn’t even want to leave! He goes 5 days a week, full time. The team are very supportive, attentive, and really supportive. All members of team are approachable and I sense like they genuinely care about my son which is a excellent relief! They are cheerful to chat at the door, on the phone, or over email about your kid. They are consistently cheerful to help and you never sense like you’re bothering them! The Childcare centre is spotless, tidy, and Covid secure. Best childcare centre in the area, by far! I genuinely can’t fault the team and service at Early Steps, Dudley.

Every morning she is excited to go in and see the team and every evening she can’t wait to tell me what she’s been doing and who with. She’s consistently tired after childcare centre which is a great sign because I know she’s done plenty of running around in the garden! Early Steps don’t post updates about meals/toileting/activities etc. on the app but I trusted them from her first day and I knew she was in great hands.
I think being a smaller childcare centre is a bonus because they have more time for each kid. The owner in particular has got to know my daughter very quickly and they have a lovely relationship.
Also, the effort that the team have put into including our daughter and respecting our beliefs (as Jehovah’s Witnesses) is incredible. One member of team especially has gone above and beyond to learn about our religion and accommodate it in activities.
I can’t fault this place, thank you Early Steps! My daughter has been going to Early Steps Day Childcare centre for a few months and it is the loveliest childcare centre we could have asked for.

The team are very expert and are a excellent bunch of ladies. My daughter has been going to this childcare centre for two years and will be sad when she leaves in July. They have handled the COVID-19 issues brilliantly and due to being a keyworker, my daughter continues to attend the childcare centre. Thank you, to the Manager and the team. Early steps in Gornal is a lovely childcare centre.

The team are really welcoming and he has progressed so much in the last three months, considering he was in lockdown the whole time before he was here, now he is interacting with team and other kids which is lovely. Would highly suggest! My son has recently started attending Early Steps Childcare centre Dudley and we could not be happier!

They meet all their needs and I sense secure leaving them at childcare centre. The team are exceptional at bonding with the kids which makes the girls sense secure. There are lots to do and the girls talk about the adventures very enthusiastically. A lovely childcare centre. The girls are extremely well cared for and nurtured by the team.

My daughter initially would cry every day and not leave the girls alone, yet never complained. Reassured me when I called and was anxious. Ended up increasing my days and now she walks into the girls and has a lovely time. Price is next to non to some that I have also some that I have viewed and know that others go to. The curiosity approach is also so great at letting the kids find their own way of discovering, definitely have found that my daughter is developing more since enjoying childcare centre. Definitely suggest; have been outstanding through covid-19 also if alerting families if concerned. Their app for your kid’s journey is also remarkable. Lovely childcare centre, put you at ease.

Team are so welcoming and welcoming. Lovely bright rooms with plenty of exciting things for kids to see and playtime with, capturing their imagination through the curiosity approach. Excellent range of healthy meals and snacks. Lots of discovering through playtime opportunities. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds. Would suggest to anyone. Remarkable childcare centre.

I would definitely use again should I have another kid. Highly recommended – I looked at a lot of nurseries but this one stood out for me and I’m glad I chose it! Remarkable childcare centre with outstanding team, my son has been going since he was 11 months old and he has loved it!

My daughter has been with this childcare centre for over 2 years. We are from Poland and my daughter firstly had a problem with updates but now she is cheerful every day to come and learn something new and meet and talk with friends there. Suggest them to everyone.
