February 15, 2022 at 12:00 amDunkys have been amazing with settling my little boy, he now runs to the nursery door in the morning because he is excited to see the staff and other children. It’s nice to see what he gets up to throughout the day on the app and gives me peace of mind seeing photos of him having fun. His key workers and the manager are lovely and reassuring.

February 22, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son has enjoyed Dunky’s Day Nursery. He is becoming more sociable, enjoys the company of other children and is learning new skills. The staff have been very friendly and supportive. I am very happy with this nursery.

February 22, 2022 at 12:00 amDunky’s have been excellent during the Covid pandemic. My girls have loved attending and have grown in confidence and maturity. All of the staff are lovely and know their names even when they are not in their room. The staff are always willing to update on progress and development.

February 22, 2022 at 12:00 amOur son has attended Dunky’s Day Nursery full time since he was 5 months old for nearly 2 and a half years. We have always found the staff at the nursery to be very professional, informative and helpful when discussing matters relating to your child. The app has been really useful and it is great to see what sort of day your child is having. We have found Dunky’s to be an excellent environment for our child and we have seen that daily exposure within his peer group has been beneficial with supporting his development. Thanks.

August 10, 2022 at 12:00 amOur little boy started in January 2022 and we couldn’t be happier with the service and environment Dunky’s Day Nursery Sankey provides. We were offered as many settling in days as we felt he needed and were never made to feel rushed or obligated to choose Dunky’s on our first visit. The staff are all super friendly and know him by name when we arrive in the morning, and he always goes in without a problem, which definitely helps with the mum guilt. We love that we get updates throughout the day on the app and recently attended our first ‘parents evening’ which isn’t something I thought we would do until school but it was lovely to hear his progress and get a feel of things he does while he’s there, really couldn’t recommend them enough.

August 10, 2022 at 12:00 amExcellent nursery, I have already recommended it to a friend whose little girl has recently started. The staff are amazing and helped our little girl settle in so well. She has started to thrive since being there (currently 4 days a week) and her development has come on strength to strength. I’m an anxious person which unfortunately means I’m a very anxious mum so this transition from maternity leave to nursery has been quite difficult for me personally but I can see how compassionate and caring the staff are and my daughter is so happy and comfortable with them which is lovely to see and this has made things so much easier. The staff work with us and act as a team with my husband and I which is great. As she’s changing and developing so fast, the staff are happy to implement new things that we’re doing at home now too. It says it all when I drop her off and she runs in happy to start the day. Couldn’t ask for more!

August 10, 2022 at 12:00 amGreat Sankey Dunky’s Day Nursery is such a fabulous nursery with lovely staff. My daughter finds it hard to communicate and form bonds however she loves all the staff and gets excited to see them at nursery time, she has come on leaps and bounds since starting here! Also, love that I am able to get updates continuously whilst she is at nursery and the staff have always gone above and beyond to meet my daughter’s needs! Would always recommend Great Sankey Dunky’s.

The girls that take care of her always show how much they care and my daughter has made very good attachments to them. All the staff are lovely people. Never have I felt uneasy putting my daughter here.

November 9, 2022 at 12:00 amI think for any family, sending their baby to nursery after maternity leave is so overwhelming and an anxious time for everybody. After viewing several nurseries, we chose Dunky’s Day Nursery (Sankey) due to the family and homely feel that we got when we visited. We really wanted the nursery to be a home-from-home experience for our baby and I think this is exactly what we have got. Staff really go above and beyond to suit our needs, communication is very effective and our son is so happy at nursery which is our priority. We can’t thank the team at Dunky’s enough for such a beautiful first half term and we can’t wait to see what else our boy learns during his nursery journey. Thank you all so much.

November 10, 2022 at 12:00 amThis nursery has been excellent for both my children. My daughter who is now 5 loved it there and would happily go back. My son who is 18 months loves it also. The staff are very friendly and go out of there way to be helpful. The nursery is very nice inside and very clean. The garden is also perfect with the fake grass so no mud. There is lots of outdoor equipment and toys for the kids to engage in. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

November 10, 2022 at 12:00 amFabulous nursery. My daughter started Dunky’s when she was 10 months, old back in 2019. I felt very comfortable leaving her with all of the staff, one member in particular in the baby room who is very kind and helpful and was just amazing with her. After returning from covid I was worried that she wouldn’t settle back in, we had tears beforehand, but the manager and her team have done an excellent job of making sure she enjoys the day and her fussy eating is attended to. Thank you to all, she has come on leaps and bounds and is definitely in good stead for when she will start primary school Sep 2023.

He has developed so much since starting there, especially his speech. The staff are wonderful and he has formed great bonds with them all. I have recommended Dunkys to all of my friends!

August 23, 2023 at 12:00 amWe have 2 children at Dunkeys Sankey, 1 in the baby room and 1 in the preschool room. They love their time there and we feel very comfortable sending them to Dunkeys. All the ladies working there are caring and take the time to know the children, their likes, dislikes and how to comfort them.
Our boys are very close and we love how the ladies understand this and allow both of them to see each other through the day, this is usually over the garden fence. We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Dunkeys for the care and attention they give to our boys.

August 23, 2023 at 12:00 amI have 2 children at Dunkys, Sankey and wouldn’t dream of sending them anywhere else. My eldest has just graduated and his bond with the staff has been lovely, he has progressed well throughout his time there.
My youngest child is 1 and has had issues medically, the Dunkys team have been so amazing and reassuring. My child has really settled in and built fantastic relationships with the staff, he is happy and excited to go to nursery in the morning. The staff have been amazing with any medication he has and really ensured all his needs are met. We as a family highly Recommend Dunkys to anyone. It’s a fantastic nursery and your children will have the best time and be given the best care.
