Dunkys Day Nursery (Culcheth)

Both my daughter and son attend Dunkys Day Nursery. My daughter is due to leave in July ready for school after spending two years here and she doesn’t want to leave and have to start school. My son is due to move into preschool in September moving from toddlers. He too loves it here! They both run straight in with massive smiles on their faces. The staff are so lovely and friendly, couldn’t imagine my children anywhere else.

My little boy joined Dunkys Day Nursery after being very reluctant to go back to his previous nursery following the pandemic closures. It was definitely the best decision we made! He absolutely loves it at Dunkys, he has really come out of his shell and is much more interactive with other children and is much more confident.
I love the style of learning they follow (more children led) his previous nursery seemed very ‘by the book’ and it felt more about ‘ticking boxes’, whereas at Dunkys I feel he is much more interested in the activities as they base it around things the children talk about or have perhaps done at home or on days out.
I think this style of learning is a testament to the staff too as they quickly adapt activities ensuring they are educational and relevant.
My daughter will be starting at Dunkys shortly and I’m looking forward to seeing her progress over the years.

My son came to this nursery after leaving a much larger nursery. He absolutely loves this nursery and runs in smiling every day whereas before he used to cry at his old nursery. The staff are all amazing and very attentive with the children. My son loves it and wakes up asking to go to nursery every day. The staff are extremely patient with my son as he’s not the best at eating and is extremely fussy. Would highly recommend this nursery.

Dunkys has been an incredible setting for the development of my daughter. She is so engaged with the staff and the rate at which she is learning is – just wow.
Upon moving to the nursery the staff literally couldn’t do any more to ensure we as a family felt supported and heard. Nothing has ever been too much trouble.
I’m so happy as a parent at our choice of nursery and I have no doubt our daughter will continue to amaze us due to this setting.

The baby room team have been amazing at helping my son settle into his new surroundings. The girls in the baby room are lovely and caring, they work very well and support both my son and us, as parents, so we are all on the same page when it comes to our son’s development. It has been hard for my son as he is having contact with so many new people for the first time, but everyone in Dunkys is patient and they are doing the best they can to help him settle. We love it there – it’s nice, it’s cosy and one of our favourite things is they have a pet bunny in the nursery which all kids love and take care of.

Staff are wonderful here, my son has autism and they have been amazing supporting him, they are on the ball getting him ready for school in September. Nothing is too much trouble and my son loves it here, staff are caring and go above and beyond especially encouraging him to try new foods.

Our son has been at Dunkys Culcheth for almost a year, he is currently in the baby room.
I can honestly say that while we spent considerable time researching and choosing a nursery, I couldn’t be happier or more settled with our eventual choice.
Dunkys Culcheth has been excellent in supporting our son in his development and he really appears to enjoy attending nursery! As parents, we feel really content that our son is in the best hands. We chose Dunkys because of the attitudes of the staff and their caring approach to the children in their care, we feel very settled in the security of the children and the fact that all children seem to leave at the end of the day smiling!
I would highly recommend Dunkys to anyone looking for childcare for their little ones – coming from a very fussy mummy!

Both my younger children attend this nursery and I couldn’t recommend it enough. They both absolutely love it. My son started in the baby room and my daughter in toddlers and even moving up to different rooms this year the staff have been super supportive to make sure they are settled and happy. I have loved watching how their confidence and development have grown while being there. I definitely made the best choice when deciding on nurseries.

My daughter has attended the nursery for the past 18 months and she absolutely loves her time spent there. The staff are friendly and are really easy to communicate with. Within 6 weeks of attending I noticed a massive change in my daughter’s learning, the staff really pay a lot of attention to the children and keep parents in the loop of day-to-day activities. It is a fantastic nursery.

Amazing nursery outstanding staff highly recommend! My daughter loves it.
Daily updates, lots of activities, excellent food choices.
Feedback at the end of each day, multiple rooms as the children grow. Again, staff make this place.
