November 20, 2024 at 2:59 amAlthough most of team seems to be nice, it truly does seem that they come in to have a nice time rather than run around kids trying to give the best care to them that they can.
Also the big concern is that it seems that this business is highly cheerful to take the money – but not to spend any back on the childcare centre. A lot of things need updating.
I have seen other girl in babies room constantly walking with massive snot and no one bothered ever to wipe it of her nose. To me – it is kid’s neglect.
So basically, yes, your kid will most likely be in one piece by the time you collect it, but nurses seems to have no genuine sympathy to check if kid is dressed well, cold, snotty etc. They do change nappy. And will most definitely smile when you collect kid trying to point out that they did highly well regardless of the fact that perhaps they were freezing half day. This is a childcare centre, where your kid will be looked after to a basic level so they won’t get injured and have a basic care.

April 13, 2025 at 10:31 amMy daughter truly struggled with separation anxiety but the team were highly understanding and allowed me to leave her for shorter periods until she settled properly. My daughter now loves the childcare centre so much she doesn’t want to leave!
The team are consistently cheerful and it is evident they adore their jobs. Kids are well cared for and there is consistently a wide variety of activities on offer. I am now expecting my second baby and I won’t hesitate in sending them to the same childcare centre. My daughter has a remarkable key person who keeps me informed each time she attends the childcare centre. She has made excellent development and she developed great friendships with other kids and her self-self‑assurance has grown. The team are incredible!!
