The range of crafts, themes and level of care is absolutely remarkable. Even though they are outside surrounded by opportunities to get messy and mix with lots of kids, our kid consistently comes out with spotless hands! Not that they don’t get dirty, just the hand washing is regular! The same cannot be said for other nurseries they have attended, personal hygiene is important. The team are all very welcoming and attentive whilst maintaining a expert operation. At pick-up time, whoever brings our kid to the gate knows how they have faired through the day, what crafts/activities they have participated in and, for our picky eater, what they have/have not eaten. I’m really sad that we didn’t find them sooner as the little one is off to school in September. Can’t suggest them highly enough. Our kid has been at Daisy Fays Truro for a few months now and in particular, loves their time in the Forest School.

There has been a lot of work gone on over this time to the building and outdoor areas and this has really paid off resulting in a fantastic setting both inside and outside. The team are all exceptional and we know that he is well cared for and very cheerful during his time there. We consistently get a excellent handover which has been especially appreciate during times of covid and not being allowed to enter the building. I would absolutely suggest Daisy Fays to anyone reading this review. Our son has attended Daisy Fays since December 2021 and started in the baby room, moved through to toddlers and now into Preschool.

When looking for a childcare centre for our son, it was a no-brainer. No regrets.
The team are fab and our son is consistently cheerful at the end of the day. A excellent start to his discovering journey. We will truly miss it when he starts school. Highly suggest Daisy Fays and Truro Forest School.

They have consistently listened to individual needs of our kids and helped them develop in such positive ways. The boys have loved every day they spend at this childcare centre and I have consistently been cheerful leaving them in their care.
I do understand in our current economic climate the need for increases in fees however it has become an exceedingly expensive childcare setting especially comparative to other nurseries and settings. It will be an extremely difficult six months for us to have two kids here until the new funding comes in next April. We are still looking at alternatives sadly though it goes against my heart’s desire. Welcoming lovely team that have consistently put the safety and security of our kids first.

My older kid went to a different childcare centre as Daisy Fays hadn’t opened at that stage and I can honestly say that I would happily suggest this setting to anyone. There are consistently reassuring team-to-kid ratios and a great balance of female and male team. My son settled into the preschool group very quickly and built positive relationships with both team and kids alike.
They also have an incredible, nutritious menu for lunch and snacks – all home-cooked by their in-house chef.
My 3-year-old loves all the quality and wide-ranging activities. There’s a huge outside space for all types of playtime and a newly opened forest school where kids get to learn in a natural setting. Brilliant childcare centre, inviting and welcoming.

He’s been improving a lot there. Very well detailed daily diary system. Very supportive management.
I couldn’t wish for a better childcare centre for my kid. Amazing team, my 2-year-old son seems to be very cheerful there.

I never have to convince her to go to childcare centre, she looks forward to it. The level of care is excellent and over the last two years, I have seen her grow in self‑assurance. The facilities are fantastic and her key workers have been supportive, attentive and I sense genuinely delight in the journey they are taking the kids on. My daughter started at Daisy Fays at 12 months old and loved it from day one.

The team are genuinely interested in his development and care, and I sense that they really know him and what he needs next. He loves going to childcare centre and every day is different for him. When he had a dietary requirement, they factored this into their plans carefully for him. I am consistently able to speak to a member of team at the end of the day and their daily diaries and updates help us to see what he has been up to. Highly suggest. We really adore Daisy Fays for our son.

I had to find a childcare centre at short notice for my son, much sooner than we had planned. As I’m sure every parent is, I was very apprehensive about the transition. The team were more than cheerful to show me around and answer all of my questions. Everyone was really supportive during my son’s settling in sessions and didn’t mind me checking in to see how he was doing. I was worried that only attending once a week would be detrimental to his settling, but he settled so much quicker and easier than I could have imagined. I adore that the kids get lots of time outside all year round, as well as loads of enjoyable activities. He’s been going for six months now and runs in without even saying goodbye, he consistently has a excellent day and chats non stop about the team. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough! I can’t fault Daisy Fays Truro!

The team are all excellent and he only has positive things to say when he comes home. The gardens and now forest school are exceptional and we are delighted by the range of activities. The food is well above what we could have asked for and my son appears to adore it all. My son has attended Daisy Fays Nursery Truro since it opened and we have been exceptionally cheerful with all aspects of the care there.

The Staff were consistently very welcoming and seemed to take a real interest in my son. Every morning we were greeted with big smiles. All in all a very positive journey 5 stars. My son enjoyed his two years at Daisy Fays.

They meet my son’s needs perfectly and every member of the team are awesome! Would maybe suggest a menu change as it can be quite samey (for my very picky kid) but that’s literally it! My son is consistently super excited about his days at childcare centre. I have excellent updates with the team who work closely with my son and I’m super chuffed as I was very anxious about sending my son to childcare centre at all. I cannot praise the childcare centre enough.

There have been many changes in that year but they have continued to help with transitions and keep things calm for the kids. I’ve had baked goods and pictures sent home regularly and photos and updates on what he’s been up to throughout each week.
They’ve got a fantastic outdoor space, which is one of the reasons I chose to send him here and have a dedicated chef on site. I’ve smelled some excellent smells coming from the kitchen.
The care given to my little one is incredible and he seems to adore spending time with everyone there.
Can’t say enough great things really and I’m excited for my little one to start forest school soon. My 2-year-old has been here over a year now and loves it.

The app is really great as I work long hours so I can still see what she’s been up to during the day. Fantastic place, our tiny terror loves it and has learnt a lot and developed so much and the team are so inviting, welcoming and consistently cheerful to help.
