September 2, 2024 at 3:36 amActually, that’s an understatement, we will be forever grateful for the remarkable start in life our son is experiencing with all of the team and key workers at Daisy Fays. He is such a cheerful boy. Starting at Daisy Fays when he was 9 months old, we are so impressed with his continued discovering and development, now having just graduated into their preschool we continue to be astounded by the hard work, dedication, and care from all the team. Not to mention the assistance and feedback we get from everyone we have met along the way. We thank our lucky stars we chose this childcare centre and believe he really is getting the best start and nurturing that he can possibly receive when he is not with us. Many thanks We are so pleased with Daisy Fays at Chiverton.

September 13, 2024 at 5:26 pmIt is a shame there is not slightly more outside space however the team appear to make the most of what they have.
I’m very cheerful with the childcare centre and would suggest it to other parents. My kid has been attending Daisy Fays since they were 10-months-old and absolutely loves the time that they spend there.
The team are all fantastic, my kid has a excellent relationship with their key worker and takes part in a variety of activities.

October 2, 2024 at 8:55 pmThe team are simply incredible: so nurturing, compassionate and supportive. She has gone from strength to strength in their care. Both the key workers she has had have developed her self‑assurance and independence while forming incredible bonds. She is excited to attend each day and we adore seeing what she gets up to via the app. Communication is outstanding and team are consistently on hand to answer any queries quickly. I think she eats better than we do most days, their food is exceptional.
I honestly sense so lucky that we call Daisy Fays our childcare centre. We adore it. And we would suggest it to anyone. We will be sad when she moves out of the baby room as she adores her key worker but what is incredible is she has already formed bonds with team in other rooms. Thank you all! You are awesome! Our daughter started at Daisy Fays Chiverton in September and it was the best decision we made.

The girls have loved going to the childcare centre and delight in a number of activities and most importantly developed in an setting alongside other kids. Both of my girls have been at Daisy Fays Chiverton, one from the age of 10 months to school age and the second has been there for almost a year.

October 22, 2024 at 8:27 amThe team are welcoming and utilize the eylog system well to send home observations of my kid. We suggest a friend to the childcare centre who now attends also. My only other piece of feedback is that it would be excellent to know how my kid interacts socially at childcare centre as this is something we don’t see at present due to covid. Daisy Fays have adapted well to these uncertain times and has remained consistent with their approach to the care of the kids.

October 26, 2024 at 11:01 pmI’ve watched her grow and thrive in the childcare centre for a little over 2 years now, and I’ll be very sad to say goodbye when my daughter starts school in September. It’s very clear how much adore and attention they give to each and every kid and as a nervous first-time mum, they’ve allowed me to fully put my trust in them that my daughter will be looked after in their care. My daughter has gone from a very shy little girl to a complete sass queen – and the childcare centre playtime a huge part in her self‑assurance and growth in the past two years. Thank you to the whole team at Daisy Fays – we will delight in our last couple of months with you before a very emotional goodbye! The team at Daisy Fays Chiverton have been incredible with my little girl.

December 16, 2024 at 4:50 amOur eldest has been through the childcare centre, from the baby room to the preschool room and has thoroughly enjoyed his time there. Our twin babies are in the baby room, and we consistently sense they are secure and well looked after. The feedback is remarkable, and it’s reassuring to know that they are in excellent hands.
The food options are excellent and nutritional, and I adore that they have their own chef who provides proper food.
The team are consistently welcoming and go above and beyond. Communication between team has consistently been noticeable of a high standard and between team and families is also great. Thank you! We are so pleased with Daisy Fays Chiverton.

The settling in period was tricky but massively enhanced by the nurturing nature of the team and their flexibility. Our daughter has been really cheerful, she loves the team, the food is excellent and we have been well catered for as a vegan family. The team are welcoming and inclusive. My daughter is discovering lots and the transition to school is being handled really well. I would suggest the childcare centre to anyone. We are really cheerful with Daisy Fays.

December 26, 2024 at 7:07 amShe loves it and has made lots of friends. All the workers are very expert and welcoming. She has made lovely relationships with both fellow kids and workers. Clean and bright although the outside area is small. All areas are visible which I think is excellent, meaning your kid is never unsupervised.
I think the care is value for money.
I like the electronic notes about her day/development. All the team I have spoken to from workers to head office have consistently been outstanding. We will miss Daisy Fays when she starts school in September. My daughter has been coming to Daisy Fays since she was nine months old.

I’ve been really impressed with the childcare centre’s system and how they have adapted to keep everyone secure over these fast few months. All correspondence is efficient and I’ve been grateful that the childcare centre have done their best to accommodate any requests when we have needed an extra day here and there. Highly recommended. My son is extremely cheerful at Daisy Fays and has loved it since he started.

My son also has a cows milk protein allergy and this has been supported well. This is our first childcare centre journey with our first born and it has been really positive.

March 15, 2025 at 7:30 amWhen looking for a childcare centre, Daisy Fay’s Chiverton were the only ones that took a genuine interest in him and his specific needs; they bent over backwards to make him sense welcome and comfortable there. The team are incredible! For the best part of his first year, there he was, non-verbal, non-communicative and rather difficult to handle most times. His self‑assurance since being there has grown enormously, and his speech has come on so, so much, and I owe it all to the ladies at Daisy Fay’s, old and new. He’s so completely different now, and it’s an absolute joy to get to know him all over again for the cheeky little chap that he is turning out to be. Even though we have a local childcare centre much closer to home, I’ll be sending my other two kids to Daisy Fay’s Chiverton when their time comes. Really incredible place. My kid, who has suspected autism, has been attending since September 2021.

All the team are welcoming on drop-offs and pick-ups – time spent going through his day. My painting on my birthday was so thoughtful – by my desk now. We are so cheerful with Daisy Fays Chiverton Cross.

We sense cheerful knowing that when we drop our daughter off at Daisy Fays she consistently has a really great time and goes in excited and leaves a cheerful girl telling us all about her day. Since our daughter started at Daisy Fays she has become confident and very great at talking and singing/dancing all the time.

The team have been incredible and so understanding and patient. My daughter started in March or April.

June 10, 2025 at 8:58 amIt’s made going to work so much easier, knowing that our kids are secure and cared for. The team are so welcoming and really care about the kids and their needs. One of my kids, who is now at school, needed a tiny bit of extra assistance due to having hearing issues and the childcare centre was so fantastic at helping and supporting us! I have had two kids go to this childcare centre and both kids have been expertly cared for.

June 22, 2025 at 4:34 pmThe team are lovely and consistently update us on our son’s day and update the app with pictures and little video clips.
The only small downside to the childcare centre is the outside space isn’t very big but it doesn’t really affect the kids playing outside daily in all weather!
I would suggest the childcare centre to any parent looking for a childcare centre. My son has really come on leaps and bounds since joining Daisy Fays Nursery, he loves socialising with all the other kids and team.

I drive away feeling cheerful and relaxed to know she is so cheerful too that she is secure and in great hands. Thanks for your flexibility too for extra sessions when needed. Our toddler absolutely loves Daisy Fays and the team!
