Daisy Fays Nursery and Tresillian Pre School

Making the decision to send our little girl to nursery was hard but the benefits have outweighed any of our concerns. All the staff are friendly, patient and caring. Now that our daughter has settled in, she quite often asks for members of the team at home. She has grown in confidence and learnt a lot for the small amount of time she attends.
A few of the many highlights are the fresh and nutritious meals and snacks that change frequently, the purpose-built building ensures a safe, bright and well laid out environment that aids learning academic and life skills, the garden that’s available for the children to be children, rain or shine, growing fruit, vegetables and flowers that the children themselves plant, grow and harvest. In fact one of the main reasons we chose this nursery was because the children will be outside rain or shine every day. The app keeps us well informed of what our daughter has been doing and what she’s eaten, nappies and sleep she’s had.
Just excellent all round!

We found Daisy Fays Tresillian during the lockdown. Both me and my husband are keyworkers and our old nursery wasn’t reopening. What could have been incredibly stressful was made incredibly easy by the team. From the first contact, it felt professional and caring. They made time for us to visit on a Saturday and then helped with funding and flexible hours. My daughter is thriving since starting here. She loves going, has grown in confidence and always has heaps to tell us when she gets home. The staff have been brilliant at settling her in (with no transition because of lockdown and exceptional circumstances) and she is now more than ready for school. Communication is brilliant. Her time at this nursery has definitely been a highlight in a very strange time.

I cannot rate Daisy Fays highly enough. Both my boys absolutely love coming to the nursery and often run through the door without even saying goodbye to me. The staff are brilliant at encouraging the boys to be true to themselves (within reason!). Each session is jam packed with activities and there is a real sense of fun and joy when you walk through the door.

A truly amazing setting. My three year old recently started at Daisy Fays Nursery, Tresillian and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After being in lockdown and not really socialising much with other children, my little boy was not keen on going and this also made me very apprehensive. However, the staff at this nursery were not only confident, kind and patient with my son but they were also reassuring with us as parents. Now my boy loves it and cannot wait for nursery days. I also get little updates throughout the week of the amazing activities he does and goals he achieves.

Really recommend Daisy Fays Tresillian. The staff are welcoming and enthusiastic and show a genuine care for making sure the little ones have the best time whilst with them. My child has settled in well and is always excited to go into nursery. It is really nice to get a daily update via the parent portal of the many activities they have been doing both indoors and out and also with details of food, sleep and nappies etc. Thank you Daisy Fays.

Our daughter has been attending Daisy Fays Tresillian for a month and I cannot recommend them enough. I felt at ease and reassured to leave her even with the current covid situation. Communication is fantastic. Staff are always happy, friendly and kind. The updates on Eylog are a great idea so we can see what she has been up to, and to see her progress. All around a great nursery.

Lovely nursery with lovely staff!
The nursery is spacious and they do lots of wonderful outside and creative activities there. I have seen a big difference in my toddler in the past five months since starting at Daisy Fays, she absolutely loves it there!

We’ve recently moved to the area and my two and a half-year-old son has been attending Daisy Fays Tresillian for about three months. It’s a fantastic nursery – highly professional but very friendly, very well equipped and lots of different fun activities. My son loves it.

Such a lovely nursery. My son loves it there and the staff are amazing. Every day there are new activities and I love hearing about his day, his friends, what he had learnt and seeing him grow.
He enjoys the cooked lunch and snacks and especially loves the outdoor space which is perfect in all weathers.

Our son has been at Daisy Fays Nursery and Tresillian Preschool since his other nursery closed a couple of months ago.
Although we were naturally nervous about him moving settings, he was welcomed by the manager and team perfectly and is so happy going in each day that we didn’t need to.
The team all make the effort to make sure the children are happy and looked after which is a big comfort to parents. The garden is incredibly spacious and gives the children the freedom they need to explore. Each room of the nursery has been carefully designed for the age groups perfectly. I’d fully recommend this nursery and the team to everyone!
