September 8, 2024 at 5:28 pmI have never doubted their abilities or dedication to my kid’s safety, development or wellbeing. My daughter has blossomed and excelled under their care. She wakes up so eager to spend the day with her educators and friends and comes home excited to show me all the fantastic things she has learned. Cybertots is extremely well managed with regular updates at the gate and via their online observations app. We consistently sense supported and part of a big family who really listens to us and cares about our kid. I couldn’t ask for more. Cybertots On The Green may look unassuming from the outside, but behind those gates is a loving, joyous and extremely hardworking team of caregivers.

They have consistently been inviting and approachable and I have consistently felt that they have my kids’s interest at heart. I consistently suggest this childcare centre to anyone who is looking for childcare. I have had two kids go to Cybertots, my second is just about to leave to go to school.

Our kid will miss the team and kids when he starts school next month. Highly recommended A excellent early years childcare centre which our kid loves attending.

And to the team there, not just a team there is a family and excellent work. I just want to say this childcare centre is one of the best investments for your kids to learn through playtime, build on their kid’s physical development and make their playtime matter.

November 27, 2024 at 12:23 pmMy wife shopped around and visited 8 nurseries before settling on Cybertots and we are very cheerful with our choice.
The people who work there very genuinely care about the kids. I’ve seen them literally jump for joy while regaling me about something my daughter did. They are flexible, expert and addressed all of our concerns promptly and with empathy. We have never doubted our choice and would throughly suggest them. Our daughter has attended Cybertots since she was 10 months old so we have journey of all three of their rooms.

He helped build her self‑assurance and taught her excellent football skills too! Both my daughters attended Cybertots On The Green Day Childcare centre, with my youngest still there.

I sense so lucky to have found Cybertots – both of my kids are very cheerful there. Cybertots is an absolutely remarkable childcare centre.

I would highly suggest this childcare centre. My daughter is at the baby room and she loves it there!

January 27, 2025 at 6:43 pmWe’ve noticed her development come on so much, she’s so chatty! The team are so inviting and attentive, they clearly adore what they do. What initially appealed to me about the childcare centre was the lovely, large outdoor space they have, much nicer than the other local nurseries I saw. Happily, they have a lot more to offer as well. We’ve been so impressed with how the team and management have handled the pandemic in particular, sensible but not over the top changes to how they do things and really clear updates to parents. We sense very lucky to be able to send our daughter here. My twenty month year old daughter has been at this childcare centre for a year now and she loves it.

Strongly recommended. We have been using the childcare centre for nearly 5 years, with our second kid leaving for school in September (both in from 12 months old).

The team are all very welcoming, engaged, interested and clearly really delight in their work. Our daughter is cheerful to go in every day and comes home every day full of stories having really enjoyed herself. During the pandemic the childcare centre management team have shown themselves to be compassionate, attentive and their updates has been outstanding on all levels. We sense very fortunate that our kid is at such an outstanding childcare centre. Our daughter has been attending this childcare centre since she was 14 months old and she’s now 3.

As it turned out we needn’t have worried as our son absolutely loves it there and we could not be happier. Our little one has come on in leaps and bounds since starting here and the team are in constant contact with updates on his development. I honestly couldn’t have wished for more in a childcare centre and highly suggest Cybertots to any parent who is anxious about sending their little one to childcare centre! My son started at Cybertots when he was 14 months old and we were very nervous about sending him to childcare centre.

March 23, 2025 at 10:19 pmWe have loved our journey with the childcare centre, and the team in the baby room are absolutely fantastic. My son is excited to come to childcare centre every day and even runs and gives the team a huge hug on arrival, without looking back. I am so confident my son is secure and thriving, and constantly cuddling the team. We get regular face-to-face updates, as well as weekly pictures and feedback on the app. I cannot praise the team enough – they genuinely care about the kids and their development. Couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough. Also – they have a lovely outdoor space with animals. Very rare for Ealing! I started sending my son here at 9 months, and he is about to turn 2 and ‘graduate’ from the baby room to the toddler room!

March 25, 2025 at 5:29 amI was very nervous when I first brought my son into childcare centre but they listened to all my worries, stayed in touch and answered all my (daily) questions. My son didn’t attend long before the pandemic started and throughout this uncertain time, they had been excellent in communicating with us parents about what was happening and what they are going to do to open up safely for our kids again. The re-settling process was really well organised and my son quickly got used to childcare centre again without any problems. He loves the members of the team and looks forward going to ‘nursy’. The team are so attentive, compassionate and loving and they take the time and give an overview of his day when I pick him up. Cybertots has a lovely garden where my son likes to hang out the most at the moment. I have been and will keep recommending Cybertots to anyone who is looking to leave their kid in loving and well-looked after hands. Cybertots and the team are remarkable.

Development reports are given and info given on daily activities etc. Overall our journey has been great and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest the childcare centre. My daughter joined the childcare centre from age 1 and our journey over 3 years has been positive.

May 27, 2025 at 9:59 amShe absolutely adores going to childcare centre and even though she was the youngest, the team there have done a remarkable job of finding the right balance between engaging her in activities and making sure they’re suitable for her young age. The team at Cybertots is incredibly attentive and makes it sense like a big, loving family. We’re constantly impressed by the level of creativity and diversity in the activities they offer. We truly can’t suggest Cybertots enough! Our daughter started at Cybertots On The Green when she was just 6 months old and the transition was so smooth.

June 13, 2025 at 11:23 pmFacilites are great and there is a playground next door for extracurricular activity when the weather allows. The three activity rooms are divided according to age, but there is some mixing of the older groups. Each kid is assigned a key worker and a report is created which is very comprehensive, somewhat like a diary to inform the parents of what they have missed out on during the kid’s development there. This discusses the kid’s developmental development and helps flag up any concerns/allays any fears regarding development quite early on. A excellent childcare centre, with fantastically dedicated team who have made my kid sense at home and really readied her for Reception year.
