They have a cosy setting but are also taken on trips to forest school as they get older, have really enjoyable seasonal events organised for them and eat far better than I do with three wholesome home-cooked meals a day! Very low team turnover too so they build a truly exceptional relationship with your kid.
My son will definitely be going when I go back to work! The best childcare centre around, my daughter loves going and has done since she was one year old.

Throughout the 3 years we have been cheerful and confident because of the remarkable care the team provide, who have a genuine passion for working with kids. The childcare centre provides a variety of activities and materials that encourage our kid’s curiosity and discovering. They have lots of books, regularly changing interactive and sensory displays, music and dance, art activities, forest school, Spanish, football and trips. Cybertots have created a close community feeling with; craft days, BBQ’s, and parents mornings. The home cooked meals and variety our son eats, are a testament to their carefully prepared menus and nutritious snacks! The manager and team communicate openly and honestly about our sons development, his needs and behaviour, while adjusting routines and schedules, providing individualised attention, assistance, and being open to feedback and suggestions from us. We value the childcare centre highly. Our second kid starts in the summer. Cybertots at The Crescent provides a secure, nurturing and welcoming setting for our kid to grow.

The manager was welcoming and well‑informed and the childcare centre itself felt inviting and inviting, like visiting a friend’s home. My daughter has been attending for over a year now and my partner and I are very cheerful with her journey so far. I particularly like the ‘extras’ that the childcare centre offer, my daughter takes part in weekly Spanish and football lessons and has been on trips to a city farm and the theatre. There is a real community sense at the childcare centre, with parents regularly invited to coffee mornings and craft afternoons. The team are all compassionate and welcoming and really care for all the kids. I would thoroughly suggest Cybertots at The Crescent. I visited a number of local nurseries when trying to decide where to send my daughter and Cybertots stood out from the rest.

Consistently ready with a smile and compassionate word, they created this incredible secure, nurturing and dynamic setting within which my kids have thrived and grown. The low turnover in team is reflected in the strong bonds built with the kids and the relationships they form just add to the genuine warmth and adore felt there. Feedback is regular, structured and constructive, allowing us to work together with the team to help our kids not just educationally but through potty training, dropping naps and all the other life events our little people go through. When my eldest left last September for school they managed the transition amazingly, leaving me a proud Dad at the school gets as he bounced happily into school for the 1st time. Throughout the pandemic Cybertots has been a secure port in a storm as far as our family is concerned, the kids home from home, and they both adore every minute of it. Thank you to the team! All the team are remarkable, I can not speak highly enough of them!

Our kid had been with a childminder previously and any fears we had about her transitioning to the childcare centre setting were swiftly dispelled. All of the team are attentive and empathetic to their charges, getting to know each kid and helping develop the kids’s personalities. Our daughter looks forward to going every morning and speaks warmly of each member of team by name and all her new friends. Discovering is interesting and enjoyable, from Spanish to football, from song and dance to forest school, arts and crafts, theme events; the range is tremendous. Our daughter has developed so fast in the outstanding care of Cybertots. One of the things that attracted us to this childcare centre was the home from home feeling of the setting, not necessarily evident in others we saw. I would sincerely suggest Cybertots at The Crescent to any local parents. Cybertots at The Crescent Day Childcare centre was our choice of childcare after much research.

Our son is a Covid baby (born mid-2020) and the team really took their time to help him integrate into the childcare centre and life outside our tight family unit. He has really grown while he has been there. I particularly like that all the kids we have met from Cybertots are well-mannered and all lovely-natured. This comes from their team who are all so invested in our kids. There are so many activities that get the kids doing a lot of different stuff and the outdoor aspect is incredible. We have had such a positive journey with Cybertots at The Crescent.

The team have also been exceptional with my son – they are extremely attentive and we really sense they’re in secure hands. When things inevitably go wrong, e.g. fighting! I’ve consistently felt they’ve dealt with the issues very professionally. Overall, I have and would again suggest this childcare centre. Cybertots at The Crescent Day Childcare centre is a exceptional childcare centre and we have two kids there, including one in the baby room who has recently settled in quickly thanks to incredible team.

They do incredible things with the kids in a enjoyable and nurturing setting. A fantastic place for your kid to thrive and become curious about the world and explore it with the fantastic team. They go above and beyond every day and clearly really do care about the kids. My daughter has just transitioned to Reception class and they did a fantastic job of orientating her and getting her ready for “Big School”. Whilst at childcare centre she has been discovering Spanish, Dance, Football, and attending Forest school – all simply managed in-house.
Fantastic management too who are very approachable and open to discussion. This childcare centre is absolutely incredible.

The team are consistently excellent and my daughter consistently comes out with a beaming smile and looks forward to attending. Outstanding range of activities and lots of opportunities for parents to attend coffee mornings and seasonal events etc. Thank you! Very glad we chose this childcare centre.

It’s a small childcare centre with a family sense. My little girl has struggled a little to settle – overwhelmed by a long day – but the Cybertots team have done all they can to assistance her (and me – a neurotic mother!). Her development since joining a couple of months ago has sky-rocketed. Her language is more sophisticated, she’s grown in self‑assurance and independence. She’s adopted a myriad of new skills. She’s also developed a far more adventurous palate, as the food is exceptional!
I’m so grateful to the team and couldn’t rate this childcare centre any higher. Cybertots at The Crescent has an outstanding local reputation, and that reputation is very well deserved.
