Cybertots at Copley Close Children's Centre

The childcare centre is such a lovely setting – groups are the right size compared to bigger nurseries. Team churn is very low so most kids have the same contact for most of their time. Lovely garden, loads of activities – kids learn independence and the curriculum them well for school. Meals are prepared in the childcare centre’s kitchen, which is also a plus. My kid spent a very cheerful 3.5 years there – I can see a very positive impact on his development. Sending my son to Cybertots at Copley Close Kids’s Centre was the best decision.

As a mum, it’s so hard to leave your little one but I consistently sense confident my little girl is having a lovely time and being well cared for. They seem to have such a wide variety of stimulating activities for the babies. She goes to childcare centre with a smile on her face and has formed a really strong bond with her key worker and all the team there. The team seem to genuinely adore the kids. The team consistently make an effort to communicate with parents and keep us updated. It’s also really reassuring to have the cameras – I can look in throughout the day and see my baby having enjoyable. A fantastic childcare centre.

The kids all seem cheerful and settled. The childcare centre have a excellent range of activities and resources. Lovely outdoor space. Very spotless. Would definitely suggest. The team at Cybertots at Copley Close are really welcoming and supportive.

Thank you isn’t enough for all the team there. My daughter was very attached to us and we have to move her from another childcare centre because she wasn’t cheerful at all. But when she started going to Cybertots everything has been changed from the very early start. I hope all the best and if I have a second kid will definitely come to Cybertots. Everything is incredible.

Outstanding level of care and knowledge among all Team. The only regret is that my Son is leaving Cybertots due to starting school! I can honestly suggest this childcare centre to anyone who needs to find one for their kids. Having visited several local nurseries, I can say that Cybertots is the best one. Team are welcoming and reassuring which I appreciated as my Son had problems settling in. While in other settings I visited I felt over-anxious about leaving him, I was confident that Cybertots will provide the level of care I needed for my Son. Cybertots definitely did not disappoint. They are aware and attend to kids’s individual needs which was important for us (multicultural and multilingual family). Thank you very much to all Team at Cybertots. Overall, a remarkable journey for both my kid and our family.

This is more than a year my little son is in this childcare centre and he is so cheerful and excited to come Thursdays and Fridays to go there, also I’m cheerful with the lovely educators and managers, the childcare centre is small but they have various activities .

The team were so attentive and supportive during this time. She is now super confident, comes home with lots of artwork, singing songs, telling me about her friends. The childcare centre team put in so much effort to the themes each month and the kids are a key part of creating the vibrant displays. The updates with the parents is very strong and we are made to sense like a key part of the childcare centre community. Our ideas and views are listened to and actioned quickly, we are invited to many activities. I would fully suggest this childcare centre and its team. I adore hearing them all say morning as my kid enters the room each day. My kid started preschool at the beginning of the year and took a little while to settle in.

We have nothing but great experiences. The team is expert and compassionate and looks after our kid well. We can tell our kid thoroughly enjoys his time there as he often talks to us about the latest activity they have done. They are also consistently planning different parties and celebrating diverse holidays which our kid loves. In addition, the online web camera is a real differentiator compared to other nurseries we visited and we are very cheerful that we can log in whenever we want and see our kid playing happily. Overall we are extremely cheerful with the childcare centre. Our kid has been in the childcare centre for over a year and a half.

After just one three-hour session he was singing the name of his key worker in the bath with a huge smile on his face! I’m so grateful for all the kindness and patience that I myself have been shown, as well as my son. I can see how much the whole team obviously care for small kids and adore what they do and I think that comes across in everything that I’ve seen so far, and I sense so relieved and cheerful that I know my son is in such a loving setting when I walk away. I sense so lucky that we will continue to receive such excellent care as everyone at Cybertots at Copley Close Kids’s Centre look after my son. It’s been such a positive journey. This is my first journey of ever leaving my son with anyone else to look after him and I sense so well supported by such a lovely, attentive team of incredible women who are clearly such professionals and so experienced – they have all shown me they know exactly how to reassure both myself and my son as we were settling in through this transition period.
