September 1, 2024 at 12:01 amOutstanding facilities and very spotless. Food is homemade on-site. Lots of activities every day, and they send lots of pictures to the app so we can see what is happening.
Very cheerful with everything. A fantastic childcare centre and the team are very welcoming and well‑informed.

September 2, 2024 at 7:09 pmShe was 2 years old back then so we joined the Toddler group and moved to Pre-School group in Aug 2022. The team was very attentive, supportive and took excellent care of our kid from the very beginning. Joining and transition were very smooth. There are a lot of activities for the kids every day in the childcare centre. I was shocked (in a great way) when I found out they even learn Spanish with the teacher who comes a few days per week! It is also very spotless, new and everything is well equipped. Every day the childcare centre reports to us what happened throughout the day via the app. When we were looking for a childcare centre a year ago we considered around 7 different options and Cybertots at Acton Gardens was the best by almost all the criteria. We’re cheerful that we chose it. My daughter started in the childcare centre a year ago (in Feb 2022).

My nephew consistently talks about the childcare centre and the things he loves doing while being there. I can’t thank all the hardworking team and management team.

September 5, 2024 at 8:35 amThe team are incredible and understanding and thoughtful of different activities for different ages. My journey was excellent, also carers and management were supportive through difficult moments like settling in and other milestones of the kid. Really like that there are different activities linked to the holidays and other celebrations. The best part of having my daughter in this childcare centre is that you have access to a web camera and can see your kid and see what she/he is up to during the day! My daughter has been with this childcare centre for about 2 years now, it is a new childcare centre with all new equipment and spacious rooms.

I like how they celebrate various holidays and do arts and crafts around them to display. The food is excellent, the educators are nice, and the updates is really extensive.

November 25, 2024 at 3:53 pmResponsive, gentle and attentive team. Any (minor) concerns have been dealt with swiftly. They eat well there and are consistently cheerful to go to the childcare centre! It is also very reassuring to have the camera to check in during the day. My baby started in the childcare centre nearly 6 months ago and has flourished there.

We are thrilled to have our son attend and would suggest the childcare centre to everyone! Cybertots welcomed our 12month old boy beautifully, he settled well thanks to their kindness and patience.

She’s consistently coming home with arts and crafts she’s made, singing songs and telling us stories of things she’s learned throughout the day. We couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre. We moved our daughter from another childcare centre to be at Cybertots Acton Gardens.

June 20, 2025 at 12:19 pmThey are consistently willing to answer any question and to help. They understand the need of kids and their parents and make them sense understood and comfortable. The cameras are a excellent plus as I can check my son at any time and I adore to see him playing and having enjoyable. The practitioners are very passionate and attentive of kids and my son is affectionate to all of them. They are smiling and welcoming and update parents with all the activities, photos, and stories on the app and also in person. I also adore that the childcare centre is brand new, it’s a big space and kids can visit other rooms and playtime with kids of different ages in the garden as well. I’m pretty cheerful and sense lucky that my son goes to the Cybertots at Acton gardens and I’m grateful to the practitioners for all the lovely work they do every day.
They really deserve a prize! All the team at Cybertots Acton gardens is welcoming, approachable and very attentive.

She loves the daily activities and comes home every day having learnt something new. She also loves the garden and being outside. Every member of team knows her name and is very welcoming even if they are not in the same room as her. We are very cheerful with Cybertots at Acton Gardens.

June 30, 2025 at 11:43 pmInitially, we had some concerns as our little one was in a different childcare centre and had a difficult time to form attachments. Team here made the transition very smooth sailing and within no time our kid had built a strong relationship with them and his peers. The key workers and all team are very loving and inviting towards the kids. They are consistently willing to hear us, while being patient, responding well to our requests and providing frequent feedback on our kid’s development and interests. Team help our kid in different developmental stages including transitioning from nappies to big boy pants. Food is consistently a variety, fresh and nutritious.
I must mention the admin team who have been efficient, getting back to us in a timely manner whenever we make an enquiry and resolving any situation that arises amicably.
We’ve never looked back since joining, it’s an absolutely fantastic setup for our precious jewel. Our kid thoroughly enjoys himself at Cybertots at Acton Gardens branch.

Everyone is consistently really nice and takes time to explain how the day was for the baby etc. An incredible childcare centre that we could not suggest more Incredible childcare centre.
