Crystal Palace Day Nursery

We could not be happier with our experience so far and I’m extremely greatful to the remarkable team for being so nurturing and supportive. My little one will start next January and having that peace of mind that he will be well looked after and cared for is priceless. My daughter took quite some time to settle in when she started almost 2 years ago and they were incredible from day 1, updates with us parents has been exceptional, always flexible to do what is best for her. Choosing the right nursery for your youngster is not an easy job as there are so many factors to consider. Outside space is not big but they go on outings to the nearby parks. Cleaning standards are elevated and they provide nutritious meals which for us is important. She now tells us how much enjoyable she has at nursery and she speaks extremely fondly of her friends and educators alike.

They provide an outstanding provision and have allowed my daughter to blossom whilst in their caregiving. Their approach to the EYFS framework is impeccable and the team ensure parents are aware of all progress that has been made, whilst also working with parents towards the next steps in growth. Their approach is extremely personalised, meaning every youngster receives the best caregiving to meet their milestones. The atmosphere at Little Crystals is vibrant, approachable and filled with adore. I couldn’t highly recommend Little Crystals enough!

Now I’m settling in my baby at age nine months and the team are fantastic! So loving and supportive. My oldest youngster came to this nursery before he moved onto centre and he absolutely adored it from age thirteen months.

Truly rate this place. I don’t get bland answers to what he did or ate. Having older kids we know what works and what doesn’t, elsewhere. They know my son’s growth rate, they know when he is off-colour or just chilling out. Thank you to the team. We don’t get unnecessary messages to keep them home‑like or ‘that’s our policy’ responses. We agreed on a plan that would work at home‑like too. As parents we feel excellent too, in other places I have felt dismissed and not listened to. Here it is a partnership, for example moving from 2 naps to 1. The manager is delightful and he had big boots to fill, the little ones all adore him and flock to him. Why we adore Crystal Palace Day Nursery (Maberley Road), is they know the kids. Our son loves the team, they give cuddles and they make him feel secure and content, plus so many enjoyable activities. He has a food allergy, which they take seriously and include him in meal times as normal and we haven’t had an incident.

His speech and language abilities have also improved during his time at nursery. The team are outstanding and it is so delightful to see the relationship that he has with them and that he has formed a bond with the other kids at the nursery. We enjoy seeing what he is up to throughout the day on our app and that he takes part in various activities such as painting, reading and dancing. We are extremely content sending our son to Little Crystals Day Nursery, where he has thrived. Thanks so much to everyone at Little Crystals.

I wouldn’t highly recommend anywhere else and I am so grateful for the team that work there providing individual attention and caregiving to each youngster. Little Crystals Day Nursery has extremely professional team that deal with any queries I have and are always reassuring and trusting.

The team were all extremely passionate about their role in my nephew’s life and attended to all of his needs with genuine caregiving. We were continuously updated with his progress and with any events which the nursery were holding. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone! My nephew made special friendships and bonds with team and other kids, and grew in confidence. My nephew attended this nursery from 6 months old until he left for Primary Centre. Choosing a nursery was a extremely daunting decision for his mother and the whole family were delighted to finally find such a warm‑hearted loving and inviting nursery. It definitely played a huge role in our lives, I can not thank them enough. The menus were fantastic and incorporated all cultures. The management team were fantastic and extremely approachable if we had any concerns.

My son attends the nursery and has been there since he was 10 months old. The team are truly incredible, they have been so excellent throughout the Covid situation with my youngster being unsettled when he returned. The manager is so excellent and runs a pleasant smooth and content nursery. Highly recommended nursery and will be sad to say goodbye when he goes to centre.

Little Crystals have a truly approachable setting and the team there are fantastic too! Little Crystals is an incredible nursery. It’s a relief to know my niece attends an incredible nursery. Any concerns are automatically dealt with in a professional way by the team. My niece enjoys going to nursery every day. I wouldn’t highly recommend any other nursery.
