Cosy Corner Day Nursery

I was reluctant about putting my son in any nursery. I hadn’t had to do it for my first born so I was very anxious. We met the Cosy Corner manager for a look around and knew straight away this was the nursery for my son. My son has disabilities which the nursery was able to pick up on. The care he has received is outstanding.
The nursery manager has been a huge part of enabling my son to have a large group of professionals to work with us and aid us in making sure my son has a placement this September, in a very popular and sort after special needs school.
The nursery has met all my son’s needs, care and support. Have supported my partner and I sorted my son with his own key worker who has been amazing with my son and us as a family. Their knowledge is fantastic. All the staff at the nursery are friendly.
The meals provided are nutritious when I asked for a recipe they had it sent back to me the same day. It is a wonderful safe clean environment full of fun and knowledge.

I love this nursery and all the staff in it, so much so, I wish they could keep my boys until they were 18. All my children have attended and have done since they were babies. Five years, 3 kids and we are still there. The staff are so welcoming, professional, caring and patient to the children and the parents. They all have a wealth of knowledge and truly treat the children as if they were their own, they are our extended family. I have never had a problem with any of them and they have always catered to the children’s medical needs and dietary needs without hesitation. They have guided me when I have needed extra support for the children and are always happy and willing to listen to any concerns or queries I have, no matter how silly. The children love going to nursery and have created great bonds with each member of the team. I will be very sad when they are too old to attend.

After viewing many other day nurseries in the surrounding area we were very confident that Cosy Corner Day Nursery was the one for our two-year-old son. He really struggled with his initial settling in sessions as he got very upset when I left. The nursery staff were fantastic during this time, with him and myself and gave us the reassurance and support we needed. It didn’t take long for my son to settle in and he has since made strong bonds with the staff, especially with his key worker and he now runs into nursery each day, with no looking back. He loves the nursery, the staff and the friends he has made. The nursery staff have really supported us with his development and worked with us to try and improve his speech and helped him to master potty training. I really cannot fault the nursery and would highly recommend Cosy Corners Day Nursery to anyone.

My two-year-old daughter started here at the start of April, she does two days a week here and apart from the rocky drop offs (still not used to going in independently) she absolutely loves it. I can’t fault them at all since she started, her key workers are amazing and just have so much patience for each child they care for. I struggle to trust anyone with my daughter but this place I know everyday she’s in caring and safe hands. I’ll defintely be putting her brother in here when it’s his time. Couldn’t recommend enough.
