Our 4-year-old daughter attended the Corner House from 7 months until her “graduation” just over two weeks ago. The entire journey was outstanding.
Team at every level did a phenomenal job of engaging, stimulating, nurturing, feeding (the food’s excellent!), and simply looking after our daughter. They appear to adore what they do – despite the incredible challenges (even in normal times) – and clearly, they adore the kids. At the graduation ceremony, this fact was made even more obvious by seeing just how different all the leavers are. They may have all been wide-eyed little tots at one point, but they’ve all grown into such vibrantly unique and confident young people. Sure, that also has plenty to do with the parents. But the contribution made by the Corner House cannot be underestimated.
We couldn’t be more thankful for the time we’ve had – and how prepared our daughter is for the next stage of her growth.

It is a well-run childcare centre with outstanding team and great facilities. I would highly suggest Corner House to anyone locally. Corner House Day Childcare centre has been our first choice for all three of our kids.

The setting is secure, spotless and really cheerful and over the years I have had nothing but a excellent journey as my little boy has consistently been cheerful.
My little boy has some physical challenges and the childcare centre team have been so pro-active in helping me get the assistance he needs externally, as well as the exceptional assistance they offer him inside the childcare centre.
The childcare centre has been fully communicative during all the Covid measures and we have felt very little impact on the measures required due to the way they have structured bubbles etc.
I would highly suggest this childcare centre to all my family and friends. My little boy has been attending Corner House Day Childcare centre for nearly 3 years and has loved it so much since day 1.

She has grown in self‑assurance under the guidance of a small and attentive team since starting here at 11 months. We find the converted house setting and the incredible warmth from all of the team and managers make going to childcare centre sense like heading into our second home. Our daughter is consistently stimulated with different activities whether it be baking or crafts, outings to the park or local shops and opportunities to learn about other cultures. Most importantly at this age, she has a enjoyable-filled day of indoor and outdoor playtime and is supported to extend her discovering wherever possible by the fantastic team. She’s starting to form friendships and I think she might just prefer the food prepared specially for her at childcare centre to our cooking at home. I can’t imagine her being anywhere else and wouldn’t hesitate to suggest. Corner House Day Childcare centre is the most lovely place and I’m so glad that we chose for our daughter to come here.

I can’t suggest it highly enough. The team are all fabulous and my son is clearly so cheerful and content in their care. Many of the team have worked there for a long time which I think speaks for itself. Updates with parents is outstanding through an app. The food is freshly prepared on site and the menu is varied. He has come on so much since he started at Corner House and I highly suggest it to other mums and dads in the area. My son has been at Corner House Day Childcare centre for the last 4 months in the baby room.

Our two daughters both attend the childcare centre and really delight in the different activities and themes each week. They come home and tell us all about the vast variety of topics they learn about and we have seen their development really encouraged by the team.
Our eldest daughter joined the childcare centre when she was 1 and three and a half years later has recently had her graduation ceremony before starting school. We couldn’t have asked for a better childcare centre and felt fully supported throughout her time there. I highly suggest. Corner House Day Childcare centre is a fantastic childcare centre with compassionate and attentive team.

My eldest has very fond memories and my youngest enjoys the inviting, welcoming, educational setting the childcare centre works hard to provide not to mention great feedback on the development of your kid and how their day has been. The team really interact with the kids shaping them into well behaved engaging individuals ready to take on the world. We have been extremely cheerful with Corner House Day Childcare centre looking after both our girls 3 yrs and 7yrs old.

The team are amazingly attentive to the kids and very responsive to parents concerns. They’ve also catered to my son’s dietary needs with utmost care. We plan to enrol my second kid also to the same childcare centre and it’s nice to know the kids are being well looked after when we are at work. Corner House Day Childcare centre is a fantastic childcare centre and we have had the pleasure of watching our son develop and learn so much with each passing day.

Day Childcare centre. She started there soon after turning two and the impact being there has had on her development is frankly immeasurable. She is more confident and sociable, eats much better than before and most of all she speaks beautifully. So much of this is down to the sheer effort, commitment and care provided by all the team at Corner House Day Childcare centre. We know she is well looked after and consistently comes home talking about how much enjoyable she had with her friends and what she has learnt or made. We could not ask for better preparation for attending primary school in September. Our daughter is now four and approaching the last few months of her time at Corner House.

The team are very compassionate and welcoming and she really enjoys going to the childcare centre where they make a lot of effort to provide enjoyable and educational activities for the kids. They have also done a excellent job at managing health and safety during the pandemic. My daughter has been at Corner House Day Childcare centre for 15 months now and has been in the Toddler room throughout.
