Co-op Childcare Watford Junction

My two and a half year-old daughter has been attending this nursery since she was eight months old and she loves going there everyday. She has created great bonds with the teachers in each room that she has been in and has made good friends with the other children. The children are learning a lot, not only following the Early Years Foundation Stage but also good manners, that my daughter reproduces at home. She has also learnt no running and shouting in the room and covering your mouth with your hand when coughing or sneezing.

My little boy has attended the nursery since he was nine months old, he is now two and a half years old. He loves his days at nursery. We have seen his development and confidence grow so much. He has made some lovely friends and his social ability has also developed so much. He loves all the staff who has worked with and cared for him over the years and you can see how comfortable he is with them all. He’s learnt so much from the activities and play that they do at nursery and they encourage the activities he loves. Such as reading, music, numbers and outside activities. The variety of food he receives at nursery is great, always nutritious and it’s well received. I love how there is also a lot of options for the children, including vegetarian. I always feel my child is safe and well looked after at the nursery, thank you!

I thoroughly recommend Co-op Childcare Watford Junction. My daughter has attended the nursery full-time from eleven months old. She absolutely loves it and is so excited to go every morning. She has such strong bonds with all the staff in her room. The activities they do each day are so fun, engaging and educational. I’m amazed at how much she learns each day. Also the updates provided through the app are such a big help. It’s so lovely to read what they have done each day, to know their sleep and nappies too, as well as have pictures and developmental observations monthly too.

Our daughter has been at Co-op Childcare Watford Junction for six months now and she loves it. She’s bonded with all the staff in her room and has made friends with the other children too. I was apprehensive when my daughter started, as she was breastfed and co-slept for naps. The staff weren’t phased and helped her adjust quickly to the nursery routine. We are always impressed with the full range of activities they have every day, with lots of variety, plenty of messy play and creative play. They have a great app to update you throughout the day on the key information and you get a detailed monthly report with photos, showing learning progress. The food is exceptional, with no added sugar and lovely hot homemade meals with plenty of vegetables.

My son has been attending the Co-op nursery for well over a year now and I am still as thrilled with the whole experience now, as I was on our very first visit. My son absolutely loves being there, loves the staff, and they seem to really like having him there too. His development has come on leaps and bounds, and he always seems very happy at the end of each session. I look forward to sending my daughter here too in the coming months.

Would really recommend this nursery to friends and family, great staff and environment for the kids, happy with our sons’ continued development and progress. His confidence and communication skills have improved massively.

The nursery has really helped my son who can be very nervous around children. The key worker that he has been matched with has been a perfect fit for his needs and it’s great to see how she has helped him interact with children and really grown his confidence. There are regular updates on the apps and good handovers at the end of the day.

My daughter started here at 11 months and I can honestly say that I have never been more happy with the care and support that all of the staff at this nursery gives – they really do go above and beyond not only for the children that they look after but also for the parents, from organising mothers/fathers day events to planning parent and child sports days. As a young mum I have been able to lean on the staff here for emotional support and advice which has helped a lot. My daughter has always come home with a big smile and a story to tell about what she has learnt and the friends that she has made with not only the children but the staff too! This is an amazing nursery with amazing qualities.

My son adores the nursery and I couldn’t be happier with the care he’s received. My son has learned so much since he started at Watford Junction Co-op and is truly thriving. Staff are really supportive and have helped me manage a few difficult behavioural phases like biting and “no” which has been so incredibly helpful. The nursery also has a great balance between structured days for the children and allowing children to flourish freely. Can’t recommend this nursery enough and shoutout to all the amazing staff who care for the children as if they were their own.

The loveliest staff ever. My child absolutely adores running in every day and has the best time and I am happy knowing he is so well looked after. They are professional, caring and always helpful. Couldn’t recommend more.
